Roker you forget the consolidation that confused matters and further exacerbated the issue. $25 million would have been reasonable especially after the raise via atm...but to then delay stemprint is why we were at 120 a few minutes ago. It's not only me that thinks company have been greedy and have poorly handled this but also the market and hence the continued fall over 4 weeks plus. $57 million also implies pre revenue for the foreseeable future.

This was not signposted....most sp action does not drop this far after a placing.....so trying to make out the people that hold, held are stupid...is not your usual mo ghia....the way they did it has ****ed people off....the delay further exacerbates the fall. Delay on sng has not hurt sng...however the bod on sng are decent fellows. The bod here no so.

Couldn't agree more...however the wrong type of comms...may do more harm than good. They touted stem as the carrot then came out with the placing. Any comms regarding further delay will not help....they need to deliver and show progress against the money they have taken.

Shiraz...I agree in long term potential here and pipeline..however the bod have acted like true aim directors and got too greedy hence the sentiment is dire. They touted stemprint as imminent...however the delay of 3 months plus is BS and investors have lost trust...And once again from a working point of view this is not a HMRC delay....on a plus point looking for a dead cat bounce today mm's need to feed their kids.

Roker...I have been in from 50-70 so still in profit...so I could sell....I only half agree regarding the issue of shares...I agree opportunity to raise at 200 but after having raised via atm up until 31 jan to then raise another $57 mill was plain greedy....with that sort of raise they need to deliver more than just patents as displayed by sp reaction to each rns.....there was no need to undertake the consolidation at the same time......and any company knows the market is brutal when there is any delay so May to now is not a bod that is working furiously to increase shareholder value.

There are many things that could be happening....
Takeover...albeit at a now discounted price...
However with the placing and warrants outstanding...maybe unlikely.....
Sale of stemprint....with bonus paid only to those who held day before....the tils...price will tank....
An agreement with a big pharma....who knows....
.however with Sanofi not pursuing there kevzara which failed....possible link up with kevzara and il6...showed promise previously......or fauci who now wants to look at interferons.....more for sng which I am also in....may look at il6.....tils501......bottom line is bod have taken money...dilutes shareholders....and now we want results....so a little frustrating

The bod are 80% to blame....constant dilution...atm...the big placing which from the boards point secures funds for the future....however the consolidation was not needed...and after the dilution the board should have rewarded by delivering the demerger. Delay May to whenever is plain and simply wrong and unforgivable. Investors have lost trust in this bod and feel conned and therefore 4 weeks constant selling....shorting or whatever...not even the market makers want the shares. So al they do drive it up in the morning and bring it down end of day....the bod dont care as new investors will take the place of lth....they have acted like normal aim bod....and it is doubtful if the long awaited stemprint can salvage this disaster. Its gonna take a lot to regain trust and sentiment...they need to deliver which they have not done...any more bs pr is only going to do more harm.
