I'm laughing. can't remember how old tb is but don't think its that old. my dad is 88 and still working part-time. and doing very technical, detailed and delicate work.

1.1 is that what BRH paid?

The BOD had to sign off on that...so that means the sp of IQAI really shouldn't fall below 1.1?

Also wondered if TB would use some of the cash to buy a bit more IGE. But losing the ability to keep all the guesses in line and will give up and go away and read a book instead.

It has been interesting that the buy price has been 4.5+ for a while. I kind of wonder how it stays there. My clueless guess is based on an old post from Ghia where he/she mentioned 3p. So I will take a clueless guess -they raise at 3p. And I hope another pharma is involved. And I wonder if COPD could be part of a deal - just giving a partner the license or option to look at that if they want to.

The HE1 discount. that someone referred to was 72%. I think last year FAB did an 80% discount on a raise. I'm temporarily forgotten the amount of £ that Synairgen need to raise for this trial. No doubt some here will be doing the maths. Look 4wds to reading it. I imagine 72% is a bit steep for our largest s/holder.

Yes I have no issues with the company per se. They seem to make making great progress. I am in one TG group and there is silence about DGI apart from two shorters. I guess none of the stockbroker's tea boys or golf pals have managed to find out what is happening with the raise or the AIM move. As soon as they know they'll be making some noise on X and TG. Or maybe there is already some noise on X? I don't know. I took X off my phone as it was so hateful and unpleasant (the politics etc).

So a few strands. Its possible that the former founder is selling/trading - playing games? Its not unreasonable to assume some shooters are still active - I don't short but I guess the fact the company said they will raise combined with the seller must make it a tempting short? Also...who has those 0.035 warrants? Some of those holders might feel confident about having a short position? Anyway I will continue to add a few and save plenty of funds for the post-raise situation as well.

And no doubt be mocked by some but you have to do your own thing really.

buying? hmmm. no one is buying in the anticipation of them announcing a JV with a large pharma. Thankfully we don't have anyone even ramping along those lines. Or do we and did I just not read that. I guess people think its likely no funding to be announced. Just ongoing looking for funds. But if the share price gets closer to 3p or some other, lower level - there will be a point that triggers some buys. I would hazard 2.99 might do it.

Well we might hear from Martin again. Or maybe Elon Musk will posl. Or David Bowie. Or the Pope. Will be interesting to see who posts next. And if like Martin's posts, there is a faint resemblance - in their use of language and grammar - to anyone else who posts here. Can't wait.

Anyone who looks at day to day share price might be playing a losing game. That book 'Black Swan' - you read that? The writer makes some good points. He is/was a city insider in the US. I think he was a fund manager? Something like that. And for me one of the most revealing sentences in the book is where he says he looks at the 'normal' people looking at the daily prices of stocks on their phones and he smiles/laughs at them. And that is how those insiders see us. I'm not saying the Black Swan author is a nice person. Or that he is right. But I found that particularly observation very helpful in terms of cultivating patience.

Just on the trial subject. Re funding.

Does that mean they don't need to raise enough funding to finish the trial - at this stage they might raise just enough to 'initiate' and then if early results are good...then...and only then raise more to complete? Any thoughts?

Thank you so much for your reply. A lot to think about. I wonder if they can get some very early data from the Phase 1 to help raise the money to finish the trial. As you said the right data will change everything. As ever, it seems, these things take time.

With regards to the Car-T and the clinic. That Phase 1 trial is it fully funded? I think the RNS said the last raise generated enough £ to 'advance' Car-T into the trial. Has there been more detail in an interview or an RNS I missed that says the trial is fully funded? Thanks LTHers. I hope someone knows.

My agenda is no secret. And I am not even shorting the stock as I am 2 clueless to know how to do that. But I really find it very hard to believe that MB himself would post something important on an LSE BB - I 'll say it again, he would issue a statement via his solicitors. Anyway thanks for putting some meat on the bones as to what his post (whoever its by) could mean - now I know even more. Thanks.
