help us then! I don't come here to show-off. I post stuff in the hope I get a response from people who know more than me so I can make better decisions.

A reality check would be to ask how probable is it that MB actually appeared on LSE rather than issuing a statement through his solicitors or through DG Innovate's legal and PR team. It may be more interesting to ask who wrote this and why. I really don't want to waste my time trying to work out what this material is supposed to achieve. I guess we should ask LSE to take it down - and see what happens.

much larger raise? it has been a long time since I was looking super close at DGI and the amount of money they needed to move into production. I will go back over the RNS's again but from when I did read them all, I have had it locked into my head that they need a lot of £. Granted they have partners and may have JV and shared cost-base but they are moving to AIM? That doesn't sound like their JV partners are going to give them what they need. I think they are moving to AIM and plan to move with a great big bang - there will be a huge placing, lots of big names taking the placing and the share will go on a wild froth and jump party for most of the early 2025. And that is why I am adding in small tranches in this quarter - just in case there is a retail offer - but I am also keeping plenty of powder dry.

But....I will go back and look and think again re the company and their funding requirements. Don't expect to hear from me too quickly as I am being demolished by the day-job and have precious little time to research and think...

But...I also wonder what the UK Govt's budget throws up - I am hoping that companies in green energy/green futures are seen in a favorable light.

then we are moving towards the AIM and the next fundraise (acc to last RNS). that will be a much larger raise? so why would you buy now - maybe just to have the right to take part in the retail part of that raise. quite a bet.

The shipping excuse was 'fabricated'? I thought a company can't lie in an RNS. I also googled shipping delays south africa and thailand and there seem to be some reports about congestion in SA ports. Is that where they were shipping from?

Well I can't wait to see what happens. I hope for everyone who is hoping to make back some of their money that indeed does happen. Spaceman gave us a figure of £1. My city pal has long felt that TFG would be trying to arrange a situation where they also recoup a decent amount. So....let us see.....

I think Doc is saying the numbers don't work. There won't be an MV trial. I don't know much about investment funds and how they manage risk but I hope there isn't a way that this company is more valuable to TFG dead than alive.

Everyone's had a turn, I think. Well, not everyone.

I have had a few thoughts. One was that RM has been trying to protect shareholders from TFG. But no one seems to much time for RM. Its not unlikely TFG sell the assets - someone here said £1 - but I wonder if a buyer would strike a harder bargain, a low upfront payment and milestone payments - and quite possibly a deal that means only TFG get to enjoy the bulk of the milestones. But I'm only guessing. In the meantime that £1 speculation offers a little eau de pump.

I am glad to hear insti's might take the block - because...I am buying these from time to time, even though I think a highly dilutive raise is coming - just betting that after the raise, in time, the sp will return to something like this level.

It is possible that the MB selling is being done in a very deliberate way - to spite the BOD. MB didn't leave of his own accord? And he left with a chunk of stock that is going to be diluted downwards. But I imagine losing his position is more painful to him than losing £. It is going to be galling to watch this company - which he set up? - achieve colossal success while he is excluded from all decisions and developments.

Sell his stock as a block trade? Who would take it? It might be hard to sell the stock as a block when everyone knows a large raise/dilution is coming. Why buy MBs block? You might be able to get a better priced block in December when the company go to the city for the raise. Which is also why I doubt the share is being walked or talked down to let the mates in - the city comes in when the city comes in, with the raise. As for now....it seems MB is dumping, no doubt some are shorting....but I need to go back over the RNS's and see how much stock MB once had. If I have time. Which I probably won't.

Its interesting they have raised enough money until Dec. So something is going to happen around that time. Either another raise, the move to AIM (with a big raise) or a contract with £. I need to check but aren't the CLNs set for Dec?

All of that uncertainty plus MB/DB. Its going to be very interesting to watch. Stay tuned!

Yes I sold. I liked the fact he didn't pretend things weren't going to be thorny. That's drilling etc. I think Zak was just so idiotic that it brought out a very serious and responsible side of Bo. I'll probably buy back in again - and probably at a higher price! In-between now and then I guess I'll go and read Bo's book. He does come across well.

Thanks for the 11-13%. Just sold my last chunk of shares.

Also just watched the interviews. Bo comes across really well.

Oh and I will still hold even if it delists or whatever. Just because I can't let go of the feeling that this is a COPD play. Even though I am probably wrong.

Don't think the market cares about this stock. I really don't. Just a few die-hards. If they scored a JV with a big partner, yes the market would respond. But I suspect this is moving away from the market, going into some kind of dormancy that will allow them to save the money otherwise spent on maintaining a listing.

Sorry haven't had time to watch the interview - dipping in and out of this whilst at work - I guess most of us do that...so...

no placing? so no interview yesterday - while seller dumped a huge amount of stock. then seller finished so we get the interview? anyway I need to watch the interview I suppose. If no placing then seller dumped because the RNS was less than stellar? shame. I was hoping the RNS was a good one. Anyway bought some today. Good luck all.
