so...just as the churn from the last placing is over...just at that point they release news and kick-in the next placing. at the same time some people are shorting? and de-ramping to support the short?

that's the kind of thing that's going on.

as to all the analysis re wells, flows etc....I've been trading this share for a few years - had some winning trades and some losing trades and I don't know anything about helium, gas, wells, flow etc and I never will. I do not work in the oil and gas industry. I am not an analyst in the helium or oil and gas sector. I think its safe to say I will never understand a single RNS this company releases.

they could always drill some more holes?

unless....if this one is rubbish would it mean the same could be said for others - as yet undrilled or tested - across the entire basin? otherwise...raise more money and drill more holes. which would keep us all busy for the next 2-3 years.

I was pleased to get out only 20% down and take a small loss.

Delays? Unless there is someone to prop the sp up I would have expected a much larger drop.

Sorry for all those who lost a few quid today - I'm sure it will recover because they have cash reserves and they are going to keep on keeping on. As for me I expected a larger drop so that informed my decision.

I suppose we could ask why other companies have delayed AGMs - I haven't been around long enough to see why other companies delayed theirs.

I could take a wild guess - but its not based on any knowledge or research - my guess is they will de-list or suspend trading for a few months/years while TFG take over the financing of whatever trial TFG will allow them to run.

yeah yeah raise etc. but interest rates coming down means a lot of £ going to come into the market. so...while last year was terrible for raising...next year won't be.

They did sell 10 per cent. but....

surely there's a lot more dilution to come?

I have long suspected that those who have been really harsh and insensitive - who have mocked the losses of others - those 'mockers', my take on them is that they themselves lost a lot of money and it cost them...well it cost them not just financially. And I doubt I have been the most sensitive...empathy is not my strongest quality and I know I need to work on that.

That was it. the leaves, as was sagely noted, did indeed shake.

as to what it all means....hopefully not very much. i missed the bigger sell-off, was out at a friends 60th so I didn't see how much stock moved. Anyway will probably add a few more.

Well shares have to come from somewhere.

those details? I would leave them to prof medical researchers/investors. I looked into that stuff and decided it was beyond me - or beyond the amount of time I have to study this field.

That hope that another pharma will rescue this company - I could imagine another company wanting to partner with SNG on a small trial or license the drug to have a look at it in combo with something else...and then we might see the sp respond. And respond more enthusiastically that is maybe rational as retail has a memory or interest in this company. But I don't have the pharma or medical b/g to know if this drug has value or not.

Anyone know anything about Image Scan Holdings? TB been has buying their stock up to TR-1 level. I was wondering if there is a possible tie-up between the two companies. Image Scan do 3-D X-Rays for bomb detection - there might be some synchronicity with medical image-ing. And image reading software. Also a couple of years ago Image Scan tried to buy another company but their largest shareholder blocked the acquisition. Image Scan may still be hungry for a deal. So I can see some threads that you could wind together. But I'm a bit of an amateur on tech, imaging and markets...

This sector is the future even if there is temporary lull in smaller investor sentiment. The problem here remains the move to AIM. If you buy shares now you are betting that value here won't be eroded when that move occurs. A share price of 0.5 might tempt many. I've picked up a few in the 0.7s but only a few - mainly for FOMO as more experienced people I know are waiting for AIM listing before they buy any shares here.
