6% from it's peak yes but that is it's peak and not it's average. Why should it be at it's peak now. How far is it above it's lowest price. The market needs some direction to exceed it's peak.

Oil is holding in the low 70's. Summer is over and they are back into a loss making quarter. It's been nearly 4 months without any information or excitement.

If anyone thinks this will position before results you'll be disappointed. As soon as it's up a couple of % traders fold.

Until we see fresh money from new information we are just in traders cycle

I don't think a couple of percent either way is of any significance it's just ebb and flow in low volume from a trader controlled market.

The market needs some direction from the company and it's been a very long time since we have heard anything.

I don't think that there is any doubt that the results will be a record profit but by how much and what about the current quarter.

The weather on the Costa del sol has emptied the hotels and it will be a few weeks until we have made repairs and got staff back. With many flights daily into Málaga easyJet will be experiencing lots of no shows.

The swaps are future date. This is clients of BoA with BoA being the proxy holder.

I have only seen swaps used in a takeover before. Clearly someone has to hold the actual shares in this scenario

"tanking" that's a funny expression. The whole sector is down today.

I would suggest that the final results in a couple of would be a good time to notify. The buyback can be over the following 12 months.

I wish easyJet would start an aggressive share buyback. Commitment over 3 years+ starting with £100m from last year's profits.

I don't think that I ever said that Wizz are badly run. I am looking at their position and saying that they are overpriced. They have missed the ongoing opportunity and the share price doesn't reflect that. Easyjet has very much taken the opportunity and their share price doesn't reflect that.

The legacy of Wizz position will restrict their growth for years ahead well beyond the engine fixes because they can not make up the ground lost and opportunities are being filled by others.

Wizz footprint has been repeatedly squeezed and it will continue to do so.

I think that Wizz are overpriced given their current performance and the opportunity over the next two years. I get that some people don't like that but I am invested in easyjet not Wizz for this reason.

Respect.... this is an anonymous board. I know about Wizz what I read and see. I don't just accept what the company says. I can see across the industry and well beyond the scope of Wizz alone. I can see that the last 12 months has been a massive opportunity. I can see that easyJet has taken that opportunity and Wizz hasn't.

It's absolutely clear. Take the blinkers off because Wizz are at best standing still whilst others advance.

I understand that you may not like that because you hold shares there. I must say that despite the facts the impact of this period has not yet landed on the Wizz share price. Will it ever, I don't know.

I am only interested in the opportunity for easyJet created by the situation at Wizz

Currently I expect to see more North South routes especially into North Africa and the extreme south of Europe.

However the share price at Wizz deserves to be down 40% or more. It's not just the lost revenue or the lost routes. It's more the missed opportunity in a boom period and the loss of momentum for growth.

There's a landgrab ongoing and easyJet have taken advantage of it. This will pay off in years to come when they refine their schedule. A good example is easyJet closing Toulouse base and relocating a much stronger offering from higher demand routes Bordeaux Nice and others.

Wizz have at best stood still whilst others expand.

It's not their fault and I am sure that they are doing their best and will talk it up but the business has been seriously restricted and there's no glossing over that.

All I can see is mitigation to accommodate the lack of aircraft. I see what they have done but still they are woefully short of where they should be. In the same time easyjet has moved forward on multiple fronts.

I will be sticking with easyJet.

However they haven't been able to take advantage of the current southern europe boom in tourism. They have not been able to maintain their footprint or keep pace with the expansion of other airlines that eat into their catchment.

Apart from words what have they done to be up nearly 10%.

The wizz share price movement today is crazy. I guess some people see something other than failure at Wizz.

Depends where you are. In Malta it's possible to get slightly more but the amount is limited to €100k.

In Spain and Portugal 2% is a competitive rate.

I can buy £/$ fixed at better rates but then I lose on converting and risk on exchange rate. The purpose is to eliminate the risk.

The full year results will have surprise value with no Q4 update. The last 9 years there was a Q4 trading update and last year we had an orchestrated attack on full year results which must have triggered stop losses for many. The misreporting of the performance was blatant and the articles removed soon after.

When questioned the company obviously did comment directly but did make some indirect comments that make me think that they saw what I saw.

I think that the full year and words about post period performance will catch the share price napping.

I hope that everyone is here because the share price is ridiculous and has been so since October last year. If anyone came for dividends then there are better investments. Heck I can get 3.0% on a 12 month fixed term and 2.6% over 3 years.

I am guessing that the dividend will be around 12p a share. Nice with over 100k shares but still not the reason to be here.

The share price is ridiculous, it's £2 lower than it should be given the commercial opportunity. The holiday business is for nothing.

They stated last year that they intend to pay 20% of profit after tax as the dividend this year. They will comfortably be able to do that. I also think that we'll see commitment to a share buyback scheme.

They have ambitious planes for fleet acquisition ahead but they can achieve substantial growth in the holiday business with very little additional capacity such is the gearing. At around 10% of seats holiday business seats they will make around £400m from that activity alone.

They just need to maintain modest airline growth to support the massive package holiday growth.

I think that holding the Q4 performance back was about the market action that we saw last year on full results. That can't happen this year as they have provided no guidance.

I hold at £605m profit before tax after a record Q4.

EasyJet are a very different business as we'll see in a few weeks.
