The share price is rock bottom. It moves up and down quickly on minimal volume.

We can see flight only prices are very robust. It's difficult to fly to Spain under £100 each way now in may and June.

The flight price is up around 20% on this time last year.

I have the data for the routes to Málaga and the regionals are up nearly 25%. This shows strong demand with around 10% more seats being flown

The extra services are available from July to September 2026 from Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and London Stansted Airports, and the expansion makes Jet2 the largest operator to Greece from the UK this summer.

I don't understand why you are taking this route on a cyclical share. It didn't stop them getting to £19.50 which is fair value in my opinion.

Yes at the current share price but how was it at £19.50 with non of the factors any different.

This share and others in this industry have very well defined cycles. Really it's nonsense to fight the cycle and moan about it.

Currently the trigger is the oil price on the basis there are zero other factors known. The reality is the market is in the dark for 95% of the time. Updates are few and far between and really say very little about forward matters. What is there to make me buy tomorrow, what is there to stope selling tomorrow.

Shareholders aren't mushrooms, share prices don't grow in the dark.

On my watchlist I have 19 red and 1 blue. It's just a poor day for certain sectors.

It's an extreme day but of course it can get more extreme or just refloat from here.

The share price is extremely cheap for the commercial progress. However if I had a couple of million pounds worth at lower levels I wouldn't be adding now. Especially if that couple of million pounds worth was tied into a couple of trading windows each year.

I find a way around and buy where nobody could see me.

They can only sell following full disclosure to the market so really at 6 months and full year results.

It's a horrible position to be in.

The company is on a very established cycle. It's not difficult to see what's happening from previous years. It goes up it comes down. The chart tells to he story.

Maybe a few million £ worth that they can't trade without notification and then only in a very short window after news is enough for them.

I don't understand why you think they would buy if they have shares already. I get it if they had been legally permitted to sell whenever they want without notification but it's simply not the case.

I know how this works and if they want to make money they'll buy illegally through a proxy and you won't know anything about it. That's insider trading

Solomon it is ridiculous at this level. It hasn't been at this level for the last 14 months so your point only really applies to now. It's spent much of that time well above this level.

As a director I wouldn't ever invest in the business I worked for. I held an inside position just once and it wasn't much fun. Nothing worse than knowing something and being unable to do anything about it.

Hopefully we have another couple of f weeks until 5th he trading update. It has been in January before so I guess it could be any time now.

Some decent steady progress today. It's good to see some resilience.

Last years rise from just under £12 to over £19.50 came on the year end performance and share buyback end of April. We are currently in a share buyback and on the same basis £19.50 is around £20 today with the cancelled shares. Certainly £15 to 16 as a baseline looks quite modest.

Unfortunately people become wary if something is too cheap. That's how some people are. I added 723 this morning which again showed in red. Eventually it will start to recover and when it does people will find the courage to buy.

It's all about triggers. Oil price going up is a trigger to sell but when buying there's thousands of shares to choose from and many benefit from cheaper fuel.

The share price is ridiculous but the thing with ridiculous is it's hard to see change. It may just stay ridiculous or even become more ridiculous yet.

I am shocked they opened at £8.30. I was expecting to open around £7.20 today.
