Working capital has certainly been the concern from myself and other investors I've spoken with who were having concerns about the finance taking so long. I never expected a placing as JW has pretty much ruled it out before last night, but working capital issues can cause the company other problems.

I think if working capital was an issue then JW would have signed a finance deal by now, but since it isn't the company can afford to wait for UKEF to finish their process and get a better deal. Only thing JW is guilty of is giving time frames for this when it is out of his control. But he can't win there because the market likes to keep asking when.

Finance will come when it's ready. Not something we as investors need to worry about because it clearly isn't a critical need right now as some have been worried about. Placing not needed either.

Think we just need to be patient and let the story develop. 500m revenue expected FY25, with 200m being the break even point. How much profit will we make from that amount of revenue and where do we see the share price on a 3 year investment here? Not a question that needs an answer, but clearly it is going to be far higher than 16p.

JW mentioned that IM alone could be worth triple digit millions after a successful JR.

I think the traders will be piling in this week, and the presentation on Tuesday might generate some excitement. Finance due soon as well so plenty news on the way.

I care not one bit how many shares you have in HARL. And why on earth are you begging people to donate to children's charities in Ireland? There are children living in far worse conditions in Africa and ideally we should be encouraging people to have less of them and adopt instead to combat climate change. Feel free to donate your money wherever you want but don't tell other people which charities to support.

Yeah there will be loads of 5-10%ers on the way up. Traders started entering for IM yesterday from what I could see on Twitter. As soon as the charts arrived the share price started rising.

Not good for them on the Type 31s. Good thing our FSS contract is inflation protected.

Should be lots of contracts on the way if that "Guide 2025 revenues still £500m" is going to materialise. That is some rapid growth considering FFS will likely only be around 100m of that.

Fits with my thinking back when it was announced that JW is underestimating this year to avoid a repeat of 2022. Perhaps we will exceed the guidance by a fair bit and JW surprise the market by breaking even this year. That would get JW his LTIP target - if a revised revenue forecast is given in August.

We all need to be patient with this one. I had suspected that the reason for the delays to finance approval was down to waiting on UKEF decisions. Better for the company to wait and negotiate the best rate than to rush into a deal that will end up worse. The arbitrary deadlines like Q1, early Q2 etc don't help though. The time frame is clearly out of their hands as they wait for decisions from third parties.

The company clearly doesn't need the finance imminently and won't be doing a placing so I'm relaxed about it. I'm more interested in IM news and further contracts than finance.

How much would this contract be worth if we get it?

Thanks for the write up. All sounds very positive. Reason to be more patient I guess. Hopefully the news flow will translate to a better share price and attract some IIs. I have no faith in PIs to do the "heavy lifting" after what happened following the FSS win and contract signings.

Indeed, someone needs to ask why it isn't being streamed as there's no excuse. Hopefully they at least RNS the presentation and answers to questions.
