The biggest concern isn't a potential 20m fine, but the fact no one is going to want to sign a contract with CPI right now or in the foreseeable future. It's going to affect future profits before any potential fine is added on top.

There's nothing to stop them from releasing an after hours RNS. I wasn't aware that we should sell our shares today if finance news didn't come, must have missed the memo. That said it does seem a bit odd to have this event before finance has been concluded. Hopefully there is something tonight to make this look attractive at 14.7p.

If what the Times is saying is true then I may well be able to get back in here in the 20s. Only a matter of time before the BBC run a feature on it. They love stories like this.

If what the Times say is false then they should be held accountable for reporting BS. But it is a respectable publication so I doubt they would report that without checking their facts.

I have just re-read the RNS and I can't work out what was bad about it. Why are we down 4%?

I'm hoping we get some good updates from the investor meet next week and an RNS with the details for those of us who can't attend.

Finance has to be due soon. JW said early Q2 and I don't consider anything beyond April to be "early Q2". Of course the timescale could shift again as it has already.

I do agree that finance should be the catalyst for IIs returning. But who knows when they will start buying. They tend to be slower at making these decisions than PIs. Not a problem if you're planning to be invested for a while.

I agree with Broomtree here. It has been an incredibly frustrating 5 months since the FSS win. Forget finance and JR, the only thing that matters is TR-1s from institutions and funds adding. PIs will sell any positive news as most can't hold longer than a couple of weeks at best. Just look at past couple of weeks, PIs taking us from 12s to near 17p and now we're back into the 14s as those shares are slowly dumped for small profits.

They will keep cutting production to prop up the price. Never underestimate OPEC greed.

I never got to transfer my excess shares to my ISA. I have around 54k that aren't in an ISA or SIPP and my broker doesn't do bed and ISA so I am trying to migrate them myself without losing shares due to the spread. Plan is to buy them in my ISA and sell them in my normal account when the bid rises.

But timing is everything. I did this last April with RMM and my ISA buys were the monthly peak so I never sold the shares I needed to sell and then the share price plummeted in May with me holding more shares than I wanted to. Lesson learned and why I'm trying to be more careful this time.

Common sense would also suggest that if the contract is inflation adjusted then so would be the subcontract. If the provision didn't exist on the subcontract then it would be heavily loss making and probably bankrupt the company before it finishes FSS. Unless you somehow think combined inflation between now and 2032 will be less than 20% when it is currently running at over 10% year on year.

Glad you found that bit Kaeren. It would be quite worrying if we had signed a subcontract without those provisions.

Today is a normal trading day, only the last day before Christmas is a half.

Actually this week is the first of five. It's Good Friday tomorrow.

The only catalyst that matters is IIs and funds buying shares. PIs will just keep buying and selling and share price will be stuck in a trading range.

It's called a pullback. Shares don't rise 5-8% a day in a straight line, no matter how undervalued we are. I was impressed that we had five in a row. As long as we don't drop too much and the next high is above the previous high of 16.8p then all is good.

As soon as you said that sells started flying in.
