There's nothing wrong with mentioning something negative, but if all you do is highlight the negatives and never the positives as Hebridean9 has done for several years here then they offer nothing as they are often regurgitating old news to suit an agenda. Much like you B and your comment this morning about HARL potentially missing the deadline for results.

Everyone has an agenda here. Mine is to invest early at a low price and make lots of money when the company is profitable. So I'm not going to take too kindly to investment advice that amounts to "Please sell, you're going to lose your money, my short needs it".

And yet it's always the negative kinds who are on here 24/7, and always when the share price is suffering. Hence my point earlier about the correlation between a declining share price and you people appearing from the woodwork and ramping up the posting frequency.

I'm not sure what tour strategy is B, you keep mentioning to hold as if it's not a good buy at 13p. You claim to be a trader but you say you still hold your trading pot... You must be the only trader left in this at this point.

Hebridean9, no doubt if it does you will be missing from the board again for a few months until the next patch of negative sentiment causes a drop. You have form for this.

That said, I don't see you getting that buy in price as we already know the headline loss figure.

Yeah that's generally how business works. If you're generating more revenue then you generally spend more money to service the contracts. I expect our cash outgoings to continue to increase as we grow.

That doesn't necessarily mean the losses will increase as that's what the revenue is for. You know as well as anyone that a lot of 2022 revenue was delayed into Q1 2023 but you choose to ignore that as it suits your agenda.

Some people here shouldn't be investing as they don't understand business.

I also note that Tapp has been making negative posts about HARL for a few years now, just like you Hebridean9. Would love to see a chart of the share price overlayed with the timestamps of yours and his posts on this board. We'd probably spot a pattern.

The BAE buyout rumour was as much nonsense as the idea that HARL wouldn't file their annual accounts on time.

Alsi find it funny that the shorters are all here this week highlighting the loss HARL made last year. We've been expecting a loss of around 60m or more since the end of December. It's not news to anyone, just a confirmation.

You are reposting these claims, you're not much better than the people making them as you know they are false if you had read the RNS on Friday. I can't believe you went and emailed the company straight after they made an RNS stating the results would be on time. Surely you have better questions to betaking up their time with.

Yes, it was stated in the RNS literally less than one trading day ago that everything is on track. There's no need to badger the company about it.

Indeed, incredibly frustrating right now. I also think it has been a mistake to hold the 2022 accounts to the latest possible date because a lot of people have traded out in time for their arrival, which has caused the current weakness in the share price. I can only assume it's being done to go alongside a very positive H1 update but that would make too much sense.

Lots of good things happening in the background and lots of positivity has been said in interviews and other comments and lost because it wasn't written down in RNS. JW is poor at keeping the market updated through RNS.

Dog may be a tool, but you're here to desperately help push the price down with your shorting crew so that makes you much worse.

Broomtree, we have received the first FSS payment, the delayed M55 payment, Saipem payment and presumably payments from the Greenland contract and for some barges. Plud the shipyards have been busy constantly with the small jobs. They add up. We also increased the Riverstone facility to 100m at the start of the year. JW said recently loan isn't needed immediately so cash flow must be ok. I'm not worried myself about cash flow despite the big loss last year, as we have made a lot more this year already than we did for the entirety of 2022. The loss last year wouldn't have been so bad if some payments weren't delayed into Q1.

That said, best thing JW can do in the near future is give us a comprehensive update on H1 finances and what the company has been up to. I would expect it to be positive and something worth shouting about.

we know that's your game here spudtheplumber. talking it down for your next trade. it is true that we are stuck in a trading range for now, and i expect that to be true until finance is closed unless we get some big contracts over the summer. given how many we got last summer that's a good possibility as well.

also agree with kaeren - the old posters are the most manipulative. most of whom clearly entered too high on the im hype back in 2019 and are sat on big losses. we've all done that in shares before and know how it feels. i did it in arb. but i sold for a 50% loss and left the board. i didn't continue posting there for years about how awful the company is. no doubt these are the same people who have held cineworld all the way from £1.25 to 0.7p whilst ******** and moaning about it and bragging about being a longtime poster.

The difference between you and me spudtheplumber is that I wouldn't be here any more if I stopped believing in the BOD's ability to deliver shareholder value.

Accounts aren't delayed, read the RNS from earlier. They have until end of June to post them.

Also cannot believe you are still a shareholder BlairPeach. I've been following this board for almost a year now and you've never once had a positive thing to say about the company. I would have cut my losses long ago and forgotten about it by now.
