you know perfectly well why the losses were so high last year and that it will be the peak fiven the targets this year. company has to taken on debt to grow, it's the nature of business.

Tapp, the material uncertainty bit is because the auditor can't guarantee the debt deal will be signed at the time of writing. From the sounds of it the debt deal is well on track.

I was in a share once that closed a debt deal after hours on a Friday. The share price rocketed first thing Monday. So it's not always bad news. That said, the same company went into liquidation a year later because they couldn't pay it so maybe it wasn't such good news.

Still plenty of time today for results. I believe we will have some kind of RNS before 6pm. Took JW unti 17:51 last year to announce the results would be delayed. That was a covid extension which the company can't use this year.

The losses are high due to the capital outlay for contracts where we hadn't received revenue yet by the end of Q4 - payments were delayed into Q1. M55 for example we know 20m got delayed. It's not like we're suddenly 70m down, if 35m of delayed revenue comes in that should have been attributed in 2022 if timescales didn't slip.

Our capital outlay will only increase as we take on bigger and bigger contracts. Ideally we balance the books within the reporting year though. We're meant to be doing that next year.

PREM got their results an hour ago. But I figure we'll be waiting until the markets are closed at this point.

If you don't think trolls spreading FUD across various social platforms affects the share price in a negative way on stocks with poor volume then you haven't been investing very long. PREM haven't issued accounts or announced suspension either and the share price is having a good day there.

I agree somewhat, JW needs to show that his forecasting can be trusted by delivering on the 2023 target of 100-115m that he set and we won't know that until the end of the year. That's why I'm more interested in the statement for H1. It will be a more useful indicator of how things are going.

Spud is just one of a handful bitter "longterm" investors who bought the 2018/2019 spike and sold at a huge loss. Board is full of them.

Yes, I would expect the CEO to be getting paid.
