I think JR will be September, and finance too so going to be a big month. But I don't expect July and August to be a write off for news - we know certain contracts we have a good chance of winning will be awarded around this time.

I'm not expecting contract news today or Monday, but a business update for H1 would be good.

As for the accounts, we all know they won't be good news as per December 30th RNS and last Friday's RNS but no doubt certain types will be keen to highlight the loss again as if it's new information.

jw loves his intraday rnss. wouldn't surprise me if we get them around 2pm. but i'm thinking it will be after hours then maybe a positive h1 update first thing monday. expecting loads of ****e talking on here today before results.

This vessel was mentioned in the interview on 26th April but despite watching it again this afternoon I can't remember the exact details of what was said. Might try to find the question again later, can't right now.

I wonder when the contract will be announced for this one. I seem to remember we have a decent chance of winning this one.

I'd be annoyed if we don't get results tomorrow given the RNS last Friday. Although I'd be annoyed even without that RNS as tomorrow is deadline day.

I'm more interested in how the company has performed for the last 6 months than 6-18 months ago as that's a long time span on AIM. I feel JW has kept the results late in order to give us this kind of update but I may be wrong.

IG is showing 9% shorts vs 91% longs, which is anywhere between 5 and 23 accounts shorting. Getting results on the last day of June was predictable since they will show the big loss. But it better be done to allow for a solid H1 update alongside it.

I just rewatched the presentation from April 25th, quite interesting as I had forgotten about some of the things to come and potential contracts we could see in the coming months.

Nothing wrong with contacting investor relations... it's when you contact them asking a question they answered in an RNS the previous day that I find odd.

As much as I disagree with almost everything that comes out of Hebridean9's keyboard, I do agree that the company is poor at keeping shareholders updated on what is going on. We haven't had any form of business update since March 1st, which is a lifetime for an AIM company. We get social media posts and the occasional interview which are nice, but these quickly get lost in the noise along with the information because it isn't written down in RNS.

Look how positive everyone was after the interview on April 27th which is linked on this page, and yet that information still has yet to be written up. People thinking about investing will be reading RNS, they are unlikely to be watching interviews unless what's in those RNSs excite them. All signs point to a lot going on in the background, but people don't invest on clues. They want hard facts in RNS.

I emailed the company on Friday evening expressing my concerns about the lack of business updates in recent months, but have yet to see a response.

When did JW say we'd be debt free by the end of the year? I've not seen that one, and unless we sell IM I don't believe it at all.

It does say "around Q2", but it doesn't look like they will be even close to Q2 with all 11. Perhaps they were later getting started with the contract than initially planned. Certainly a question for JW.

I do think we will be pumping these out quickly now with a production line going, but how fast remains to be seen.

Good find. We should be pumping these out faster than we are though given the amount we're contracted to make. I know they upped production of them earlier in the year so would expect them to start coming quicker now.

Consuela... You post exclusively on the HARL board and have done for years... Yet only negative posts. Who is paying you? This isn't normal behaviour.

Dawski37, it's nice to see another longterm investor here who is positive about the company. Lots have lost faith over the years and have become negative on everything.

I can certainly see why some have lost faith with the repeated delays and the crash of the share price after the 2018/2019 hype. JW seems to get all of the blame for it but from my perspective of someone who has been following the company for about a year, he has done a superb job in getting the company involved in other markets. And let's not forget 2020 and 2021 were pretty much a write off due to the pandemic. To win a massive government contract that quick is a great achievement. People here moaning about losses but you can't go from nothing to that in a short space of time without taking on a lot of debt.

IM was always going to have delays. There's too much red tape in this country and too many people happy to block progress in the name of being green, forgetting that the alternative is importing these resources from across the world at a higher cost to both the environment and the consumer. There's a good chance if we win the JR then the protestors will stall it further by appealing. So I won't get too excited for IM until we have a clear path forward. By the time IM is generating revenue it will only be a small part of the overall HARL group revenue as JW plans 500m revenue in the coming years.

This is starting to look like an attractive buy again.

LWHL, on IM I was reading the 2021 annual report last night and it was interesting what JW had to say about IM.

"Whilst we eventually secured our Marine Licence for the Islandmagee gas storage project, we were advised that the local protest group(s) had submitted a judicial review application immediately after the award of the licence. Having sought legal opinion, we have been advised that the application has little chance of success. The judicial review hearing is expected in Q4’22 and we await its completion. There have been numerous changes in the funding environment for this project and it provides us with a number of options as we continue dialogue with interested parties. Whilst the economics of the project remain encouraging, we are equally enthused by the level of interest we have received in relation to an outright sale of the project. The time to extract maximum value for this project will be after any successful outcome of the judicial review.

In the event that the judicial review does not find in our favour, we have alternative technical solutions that do not require a Marine Licence and will mean that the project will not be stalled again."

So it looks like we will be progressing some kind of project (or selling it) regardless of the outcome of the JR, which is good for us. However I suspect losing the JR would be a setback in timescales so winning it is better for the short term and the finance deal.

Either way the future will be bright.

I have suspected for a while that the company may be waiting for the JR decision. Perhaps there is a better deal on offer if that is successful because the company's assets will be more valuable.

The export contracts theory may also be correct. Certain contracts may be taking longer to sign off than they had hoped, or we didn't win a contract we thought we'd get.

Bubble I don't see 60p end of this year. I had a conservative estimate of 30p end of this year when we dropped to 12p in March but that was on the assumption of a slow rise where we'd be heading towards 20p by now. It can still happen but that's a massive rise from here so it wouldn't stick. I'd take a solid 20p that sticks end of this year at this point. 50p remains my estimate for 2024 on the assumption break even is achieved.

I don't disagree with ForrestGump that £1.20 is achievable but to me that's the longterm investment case here of 3-5 years when we're bringing in 500m+ revenue. Certainly not happening on the JR and finance, but I do expect a good boost from those.

That said, this is AIM. Anything could happen. Once IIs start buying and pushing out TR-1s we will move quickly and hold the increase. But I suspect they are waiting until we are closer to profitability.
