The London Stock Exchange doesn't print buys and sells. The buys and sells on here (London South East) are estimated based on an algorithm. I could write one myself. It's never going to be 100% accurate and in times of turbulence it can't be relied on.

I've no doubt there is value here at 22p. But I think it may go lower before it goes higher. That loss was huge. I thought the company was meant to break even this year after clearing the debts?

I have noticed that a lot of well known names on here, Twitter and ADVFN who like to talk excrement when sentiment is on its anus like when we were 9p are nowhere in sight this past week.

The share price wouldn't be down 15% if buys were outnumbering sells by that much. It would be up.

I'm sure people were saying that at 30p.

I think what the share price highlights is that longterm investing isn't the best strategy. It is currently the same price I was buying these shares in May 2022. In that time the share price would have had to hit 24p just to match inflation, nevermind make any profit. The smart people traded out here in the 40s and will buy back soon at the lows.

Truth be told I sold out in the 24-25s in December chasing better returns elsewhere that so far hasn't worked out, and I missed that 40p rise. I honestly can't believe I have the opportunity to get back in below my sell prices. But on that performance I am hesitant to.

CPI is a solid low risk trading share if you don't mind your trades being in the months rather than days or weeks. But I don't see the longterm investment case. I'm fairly confident that I will have another opportunity to re-enter here at similar prices in 6-12 months time when I may have more spare cash.

Damages, fines, lost contract wins/renewals, the hack certainly has more to come. That's why I never re-entered here when it dropped below 30. We simply don't know how much this will cost the company over the coming years. I see CPI being stuck in the 20-30p trading range for a couple of more years.

If everyone is expecting a good trading update then why is it sat at 26p? Time will tell I guess. I decided against getting in for the results. Most shares I follow drop on results in this economic climate.

At least with the results in September for H1 most of us are expecting a good set of results whereas we were expecting a terrible set of results for 2022. Might even be before September, why release them last minute if they're positive. JW said we're ahead of where he thought we'd be at this point in 2023 and cashflow is good. I see the next results having a positive effect on the share price.

Wyndrum, it may be that I don't fully understand how RSI moves. I always hear traders say sell at 80, buy at 30 but then I look at the share price and see an undervaluation. I know the RSI drops over time even if the share price doesn't move, but it just seems silly. If RSI is 85 and IM news drops for example the RSI is going even higher not down. Newsflow will dictate what happens, but in the absence of news and during trading range periods like when we were stuck between 13-17p RSI may have been fruitful to trade on. With shares like HARL the newsflow is unpredictable so you always run the risk of being out on days like Monday. I saw traders bragging about selling out in the 11s on Friday.

Wyndrum if we follow your logic of 80+ RSI being overbought and time to sell then it may take a decade to reach 100p. This is why I don't like charts, the newsflow will determine where this goes and once IIs/funds/HNW investors start buying in then the influence of small PIs and their charts on the share price reduces significantly. There's a reason I rarely see people talking about bowls and wedgeand RSI on FTSE stocks. It's always AIM.

I hope you're right Wyndrum. I just see AIM as a dead market.

I was trying to say it could be argued we'd be sub 1p if it weren't for the contracts so they are doing something.

I was also trying to highlight that we should be on the FTSE small cap market, the sooner the better. Only then will we see quality investment and shareholder value. Eventually in 10 years we could even make the FTSE 350 which will require a market cap over 500m at last check. Probably higher by then however. I don't see that as too unrealistic though. But key for me is getting off AIM. Lots of people refuse to invest in AIM, not just IIs but PIs too as many have been burnt in the past.

Unfortunately we're on a market that is dominated by PIs, and PIs who invest for longer than a week are a rarity these days. I joked earlier on Telegram that we need a new 70m contract every week to maintain 15p but it's not far from the truth. All of the new contracts in 2022 and 2023 have done nothing for the share price so far. Though it could be argued that without them we'd be

That's just optimism. Not saying the decision will be made tomorrow. Clearly it is over due as it was meant to be made by the end of July. Could drop any time.

Everyone will have a different opinion on IM. The advantage of selling it is we can clear the debt and instead of paying all that interest on the debt we become profitable faster and that leads to quicker shareholder value. So it's not just a case of we get say 100m for IM, you have to factor in the 10s of millions of interest saved as well over the years.

Over the longterm developing IM may lead to even more profit and shareholder value. But how many extra years are we talking for that? I guess it depends if you plan to hold HARL for a few years or a decade. Even a few years is a longtime for many.

I favour a farm out giving us a big cash sum whilst retaining a 30% stake in it. That gives us the best of both.

I thought people didn't like Jon Lewis? He hasn't exactly done anything for shareholders in recent years.

The other RNS confused me, private placement market, loan notes? Are they converting debt to equity?

Should add I'm not a holder here but I do keep an eye on it. I see CPI as one of those slow burner shares that you stick a load of capital in for years and forget about it and see a decent return, but I don't have that capital right now. Like you would have been 33% up if you got in here at the right time early last year. Not a bad return, but it's not a stock to watch daily like some do.

Contract is huge. I don't even think FSS will average 60-70m for five months of work. Of course this is a one off 5 month period unlike FSS over multiple years, but key is winning more of these, which we will. JW seems fairly confident in his goals to turn this into a 500m revenue company in a few years.

Scilly news is certainly overdue - from Scilly company I mean. No guarantee we're getting it.
