Metro was over £40 per share not very long ago. It went down to 59p couple of weeks ago. New CEO bought 1.5mil shares when it was 59p.
Guess what today its 127p.
I'm not saying same thing will happen to Amigo but who knows, this is a funny game :) :)

These people are may be looking for a new loan. This is why once we have started relenting Amigo will be better shape again.

The evidence you have posted here doesn't say that it's has been upheld.
I have seen some people made a claim for later than this (2007/2008). Anyone can make a claim/complaint for any time period but that doesn't mean they are going to be accepted.

I have seen lots of calculations in debtcamel done by Sara,
Some of the calculations doesn't adds up at all. Most of the calculations she has done on the basis of loan and intere both will be refunded together with 8% interest. I belive this is not the case. Amigo will not refund original loan amount but the Interest will be refunded if the case upheld.
Its outrageous how she encourage everyone to go to FOS without knowing whether these cases are genuine. It's seems like she has a personal revenge against Amigo.

I had a quick look at the social media and review websites (Trust pilot) to see the customer engagements.
About 3 months ago, specially in trust pilot we had about 5-10 people complaining about their refund/redress on a daily basis . But there is no daily reviews, in fact 1 review 3 to 4 days.
Similar in twitter and other platforms too.
May be a sign of complaints are reducing.
I may be wrong.

Also, I can't remember asking help to find a financial advisor.
And I can tell you now that not all my investments has gone they I have expected but I have gained more than I have lost.

I would suggest you to have a look at my post history. I think most of the long-term investors in here knows about me. I'm not living in a dream-land to belive that this is going to be £2 in 6 month or this is going to go under in next couple of month.

I have considerable amount of share here with a average around 7.5p.
However sorry to tell you that some of your post doesn't appear that you are invested on this share (specifically yesterday).

We have 3 different sets of people comment in this board
1) Holding a long position and try to find all the information to believe that this share will go up.
2) Holding a short position and try to find all the information to believe that this share price is going down.
And the
3rd - Claiming that they have no position and reasons to be here but keep on coming back. Apparently they are sad about people loosing money and wants to help people to avoid this share.
Funny thing is most of these accounts opened few days ago and they are only concerned about Amigo.
How about helping people in other shares too.
How about spend some time in citizen advice bureau to help people who really need some help or how about spend few hours in local food bank in this very difficult time.
No offence to anyone just a pure observation.

This is straight from FOS ceo's mouth
"The majority of income coming from case fees stemmed from the large number of PPI cases that have been flowing through the service for the past few years, but Ms Wayman said the Fos needed to “prepare for a world without PPI”.

So, now we know why FOS is behind companies like Amigo. Because they are having a funding issue without PPI income

So the FOS's CEO is saying
"She said: “We need to be able to recover the income we need to run the service, and our overall balance of caseload is shifting significantly from PPI to a diet of much more individualised cases.”

FOS is as bad as CMC's

Who would restart lending when the whole country is under national lockdown? .
Imagine we lend people when the country under lockdown?. That will open another wave of complaints.
