Sure,
You just share your alternative outcome about this share and its up to the individual to make their own decision. If they sell the share based on your alternative outsome and lost potential gain (if the shre price hit 8-9p) , No one can blame you

So it more than 50% votes required (with 75% of the claim value )

If Amigo goes in to administration ,
Customers still need to pay their debt. What ever the money in the business will go to bondholders and if there is no money then administrator will sell the loan book and trust me someone will buy .
No clients in the loan book will benefit from this.

You said that you have no shares in Amigo also you dont short Amigo.
Why you spend your time on energy in this Amigo discussion board?. You have been with LSE for more than 6 months and allmost all the post on Amigo. Why just on Amigo ? Why not other companies?
You are trying to expain hard that Amigo had bad lending practice in the past. We all know that and thats why we are in this situation . Thats why share price gone down to 7-8p from 200p.
Please tell me
