Why this camel lady has so much of anger and hate against Amigo.
Now she is openly saying customers to leave bad reviews

And openly saying customers to not yo pay their monthly payment .

I'm susurprised how some people (apparently very knowledgeable and superior than others) suggesting that the directors should buy shares in this close period .

Please read the following article written by Sara Williams from debtcamel. I'm really confused about her motive against AMIGO. I do not think she gives correct advice/opinion for her followers.

In this article, she is saying following lenders are "The good – ethical lenders"

Charging well over 100% APR label as Ethical lenders. Not sure what she is really talking about.
According to her
"The bad – other high-cost lending"
"Guarantor loans such as Amigo can too easily turn into a nightmare and make it much harder to deal with your debts"
Which one is easy to deal?
AMIGO LOAN with 49.9% APR or this so called ethical lenders charging over 100% Apr?

This lady clearly has a agenda against AMIGO and also not sure how impartial she is with her opinions.

Just had a quick peek at Trustpilot and Amigo has replied for some of the reviews about 30 min ago.
So they are working even today and even 7:30pm.
Let's hope for a better year for all of us.

Your comment is bit unfair.
We all agreed that the cost to the AMIGO is the same whether customer go directly to AMIGO or through CMC's
What we are saying is customer will be better off by claiming directly so they can have extra 30-35%.
We all had a nice respectfull discussion today so don't ruin it

Of course they have. That's why FCA can take action against their bad practice.
Almost all the high street banks were guilty of PPI.
Does that mean all these hight street banks are not regulated?
What I'm saying is that no accountability for CMC's bad practice or minimal.
Remember crash for cash. How long it took to hunt down these bad practices from CMC.
Not saying AMIGO is right. If they have done something wrong then the genuine claims should be paid. I'm fully agreed with that

I'm bit confused about the figures.
Amigo has allocated £159mil for redress.
Now in this SOA it says up to £35mil.
What is the correct figure? £159+35mil
Or
Reduced to £35mil from ££159mil?

It's up £35mil Plus 5% of the profit for 3 years

This is not correct. If amgo go in to administration. Banks will get priority. They get their money before customers get their claims. In this climate selling the loan book is not going to be easy and may have to sell it for much lesser peice and customers get next to nothing
