we are taking a robust approach to dealing with the CMCs, including reporting our concerns about the behaviour of specific firms to the FCA.

A total of 25,571 complaints were subject to the requirements of the VReq.
As of 30 October 2020, Amigo had reviewed and reached a decision on all 25,571 of the complaints included within the VReq. Amigo has yet to issue the final responses to customers on 2,517 of those complaints.
VReq has not been extended so its completed now?

With regards to the complaint, we have been seeking guidance from the regulator with how to resolve certain cases. I appreciate the delay this has caused is frustrating but it's important the outcome is fair to both parties on the loan. I can see you have spoken with my colleague this morning but if there is anything else we can assist with in the meantime please let us know.

I’ve just been on the phone to FOS who have told me that my Guarantour loan complaint is on hold as FOS have put on hold some high interest/long term loan complaints whilst they are reviewed at a senior level in order to make sure there is a consistent approach. The lady wouldn’t go into detail nor would she confirm how long this had been happening. This was in response to a service level complaint I had raised about timeliness so not sure how accurate it is

There is a very famous proverb that "BARKING DOGS NEVER BITE". According to the saying: The dogs which bark too much in loud tone, bite very rarely. ... Barking dogs typically want to avoid biting or attacking (most dogs do), so they bark instead as a warning.
Just a bit of banter and not attacking anyone :) :)

The society we live in is crazy and I think most of the people claiming need to realise that they were helped out when others turn their back towards them.
They may get some money now but what they don't understand is that no one is there if they need help again in the future.

I think as soon as we start lending, we will start making profits. So the directors will be able to get bonus so as the share holders can get dividends.
BUT
FCA wants to make sure all the complaints and redress has been sorted before they touch the money.
May be that is the reason FCA have put AVreq in place to make sure no money out without these isuued sorted.

# Cmcs are behaving like Vultures
# They are only doing this with us now because they been told by the law that they can't do ppi claim which is there business model
# Lots of these claims are not genuine claims

After listening to this, I feel like he may challenge /negotiate with fos/FCA about these bogus claims.
All in my honest opinion

What you have posted is correct but you have not noticed or deliberately ignore the ares covered by this VREQ
* No director bonus without prior approval from fca
* No dividend without prior approval from fca
* No assets transfer without prior approval from FCA
None of these are impact on day to day operations at AMGO or re start Lending which has confirmed in RNS.
No barriers to reduce debt.
It's good directors can't get bonus.
All in all not that bad. Shame some people ignore these points and just highlights the negative side of this.

Amgo can start lending soon and pay back more debt
BUT
Cannot pay cash bonus to directors or Divi to share holders without prior approval from FCA.
Can someone please explain how this will be bad
