The fixation some of you have with 3 or 4 of us is just a very silly and immatuer emotional reaction, which I gfail to see how it allows you to be objective on the actual stock movements itself.

If you are a LTH then nothing posted here on a daily basis has any interest for you at all, as you dyor, and act accordingly and therefore posts won't affevt your decision making.

So why do you come here? its because you are emotional about a potential "life changing" stock appreciation.

And you need the emotional crutch of like minded people and therefore you can rail against opposite views to make you "feel" better.

I take a much shorter time view and try make money here and there where I can. This BB, for me is just a never ending education of how predictable people like you are. I must thank you all for your continued assistance in allowing me to prosper.

The reason I don't post so much when the SP is rising is because it is already covered in other posts. I react to posts that seem to have little or no justification in their contents or make assumptions that imo are questionable.

The chart showed a potential breakout at 31.5 and further at 34p, now, if it closes over 41p (but ideally over 42p) would suggest there is a good chance of further gains still.

Does it? It could equally or perhaps more likely be that CLN through having a share sale clause meant no matter what, short of administration, they would get their quarterly repayments met in full.

I ask B2 because you wanted to have a personal dig that because of this latest RNS all AVCT's problems have melted away and what did I have to say about it.

The fact that nobody can answer them and the fact that what option(s) are chosen will have a material affect on the SP is simply to remind people to have some perspective given the palpable sense of relief from many here this morning.

B2, do you think new money is needed? yes or no? how will that money be obtained? Dilutive or non dilutive? Will there be a ND listing now or not?

Do you think those answers will have a material affect on the present SP?

If you (and you can't) answer those questions you can't know the likely affect on the SP.

Like I say stop being so emotionally involved in (in this case me) but more so, AVCT. (Its not as though your approach to date has worked, has it.)

Actually B2, I am waiting for the TU to clarify whats going on.

If you can't accept or did not recognise that AVCT's position has/had deteriorated financially with legitimate questions marks as to how the next set of cash was to be raised then perhaps "investing" is not for you.

This is new news. This is what influences decisions.

Quite how this pans out is not clear to me. But obviously this is much better news given forward funding was increasingly a highly negative issue for AVCT.

In one sense it changes nothing, (money is still needed), on the the other hand it looks on the face of it that at least they have experience in trying to secure the funding necessary which you would hope means a better deal will arrive than without that experience.

Well if the SP is an indicator of the near term future, it would seem something is afoot.

The only problem with your timeline Chris, is that if that initial data is not sufficient by then then there really is no time to raise cash! Bear in mind not all patients were enrolled straight away so its going to be bit piece meal re:data before year end.

Again, I am not sure about the legality of giving one company early access to potentially market moving info before competitors or indeed us shareholders.

I am sure a lot will be discussed when the TU takes place and there will be a much clearer picture from what we are all simply guessing now, for all concerned.

I am less enthusiastic about Rukwa ever since they purchased their stake in BS. It seemed then like an insurance policy.

I find it disappointing that with a viability report done 9 months ago that we as shareholders still don't know what the asset is likely to be worth. We have had a drill hot stacked for nearly a year or more not leased out but not drilling either. Maybe this is normal for this amount of time to pass, but it is also in the TZ govt interests to get income into the country asap too.

What are they waiting for? It can't be p1A data because there have been 7 dosing increases reports and posters done about that already over 2 years,. So, I presume that data is not conclusive enough for them to proceed.

So now its about P1b. CC has said that there will be an initial update in Q4 2025.

So please answer your own question. (You won't of course because you apply no reason or logic ever to your opinions. I am still waiting for your explanation as to why you said the SP was being manipulated, but of course you won't respond to that either as you have no answer.)

Are you referring to your made up and misleading personal attacks on other posters?

You really need to answer some very basic questions:

Was it me who set the raise at 50p? When AS set that price it dramatically increased the SP decline and it has basically drifted down from there.

Was it me who structured the raise to have a loan paid out of shares every 3 months for years? Because that is what is helping depress the SP, every quarter.

But yes, keep up your nonsensical posts in blaming 3-or 4 posters who try to discuss whats going on at AVCT rather than being forced to defend themselves against silly posts like yours.

Ah PL75, the man who was constantly and viley abusive towards me when I questioned the likely success of the LFT when they first missed their own timeline in Sept 2020. Oh, how you kept going back to the data and the results and the tests and all the research you did and others too.

Yet you have never had the humility to apologise, not so much being wrong, we all mistakes, but for the personal abuse you got off on giving me and others who turned out to be right.

And now with history repeating itself you still cannot change your stance. Still pretending that those with better insight and with a supporting SP to vindicate their caution, you have to make up, "agenda's" as though somehow that is the only thing causing constant new SP lows.
