On fundamentals Tesla is definitely overvalued, good fun though.

I initially bought Tesla back in April as one for the future and didn’t expect it to multi bag the way it did.

Did take some profits and have watched it sit stagnant for the last couple of months so looking forward to a decent leg up now.

I think you’ve only got to look at how the major manufacturers are struggling to catch Tesla up on the EV front that the 2030 deadlines seems completely unrealistic.

I’m involved in company fleet from a finance perspective and while we are seeing large amounts of enquiries on EVs (mainly due to the BIK tax break) from people wanting to change their company car once we run through questions like - do you have on street parking, high mileage, etc, you actually need a lot of considerations to work in your favour in order to run an EV successfully.

I’m have a very good week this week with Ted, Tesla and Avacta which shot up 30% today.

If Ted is likely to keep moving up with positive vaccine news then there should be plenty more to come.

SYME monitise inventory, not assets in general.

The model relies on the stock being sold to syme, and then repurchased by the client when the end sales goes through.

What you are referring to is asset based lending, which syme doesn’t offer.

Hi Steven - my point was that we haven’t had any year end figures yet, as in final accounts. I believe they’ll be coming in the new year.

Steven the right hand side is not published year end figures.

It’s the trading update from the RNS of 28th Sept. Bearing in mind the slide is stating facts (or rather estimates) from 30/09/2020 the RNS contained no mention of these income estimates from storm harbour (€300m), Middle East, Uk, etc. Unless something material happened between the 28th and 30th Sept.

Nikikiki I agree with your last sentence. My heart tells me this could boom but my head is pointing bits of information that just don’t stack up. I don’t believe this is anything untoward maybe amateurness. There’s areas that require proper clarity. I don’t mean interviews, articles, etc. I mean facts in this all important RNS

I’ve had great success today with Ted Baker and Tesla yet SYME is the one that is sucking up all my time.

I think the slide is just confusing rather than being anything sinister. The right hand side is the information from the RNS and the left hand side seems to be a forecast although headed up key facts with a caveat that they are estimations.

For people faltering it just adds to the confusion. All these terms originations, monetisations, issuances, etc. We could do with some simple straightforward straight speaking facts.

No it was the gross origination (pool of potential clients) as at 30/09/2020. As far as we are aware at the date of that slide (30/09) there was no note issuance as the onboarding for the first €300m only started in October.

The irony being if you look at the gross originations from the 28th sept RNS they were €1.64b .... so we seem to have lost €640m somewhere.
