Wow, great results, fantastic shareholder returns in dividends and share buybacks. Did I read it correct that we are to receive 5% refund on the 2019 withholding tax? GLA

She is leaving William Hill, announced back in June.

The MD who sold the shares is leaving William Hill in the coming months.

Having read the results, the 6p dividend is a second interim dividend for 2019, in essence is this not part of the final 2019 dividend that was cancelled and no interim dividend has been declared for 2020 or have I missed something here, any thoughts folks?

From reading the RNS announcements they have gone from net cash of 546 million at 31/12/19 to net cash of 6 million at 14/6/20, a burn of 540 million and this is without paying 485 million in ordinary and special dividends. Unless they have spent alot of money buying land is this a bit worrying.

Any thoughts folks or am I missing something?

Surely they would have had to announce that with the share placing this evening??

The WMH ADR share price is down 4.4% on the news this evening...

Mark, the market has already had seven years to try to understand Plus500's business, maybe the market has already decided. I too hope for a share price rise but the longer this goes on I have to ask why does the market and most brokers not like this stock, get's very little coverage.

Expect a profit taking price drop tomorrow unless there is some announcement.

Will there not be a share reduction with the £5 bn payout i.e our holding in Tesco will reduce?

Barclays pulled their dividend two days before it was due to be paid, very sore one for shareholders.....

The day after 9/11 airline stock prices had dropped thru the floor, it was predicted that people would never fly again. That was the same day Michael O'Leary placed a huge order for new airplanes at a knock down price. He knows what he is doing, Ryanair will be one of the few airline survivors after this, imo.

Time for the safety belt and crash helmet, this is going to be very bumpy.....
