I don’t think there’s anywhere here to sell into anything - we’re massively undervalued at 7mil mcap with 2 mil cash - a 317mil NPV due to expand based on 16mts and 2-3 billion tones across the asset

Orom-Cross has an estimated 2-3 billion tonnes graphite making it one of the largest deposits in the world, and substantial volumes of graphite present near to surface (between 0-30 meters) which ultimately will make it easier and cheaper to mine via open pits.

Blencowe now owns 100% of a tier one project in a safe location that will produce a key resource that the market is anticipating huge growth and demand ahead. We also believe that the market will understand this value proposition much better as we continue to develop our project and this will naturally see further growth in market value and share price. The Jorc is based on less than one percent of the total asset and expanding “imminently” ( taken from yesterday’s rns )

Licences have been transferred - demir has signed and now whats thats happening next is payment and the JV to be made unconditional - every box is ticked and that’s what follows

We hit 47 and pulled back to 25, less than the value of the JV agreement! and with no valued included for the 517,000 ounces that’s 4 weeks into expansion drilling

Disagree - this company should be worth more than 7million considering the 317mil NPV is based of less than 1% of the total asset - what could the sell it for today? No where near the current valuation

The DFS shows that Armadale can be a significant low-cost supplier to the graphite industry with the potential to generate pre-tax cashflows of US$985m over an initial 15 year mine-life and scope for further improvement as this utilises just 25% of the current resource, which remains open in multiple directions. Blencowe notes that less than half of one percent of the overall deposit has been drilled to date, therefore the opportunity exists to substantially increase both production tonnes and life of mine via further drilling ahead once the market starts the exponential growth as forecast, to deliver considerably more tonnes of graphite for lithium-ion batteries than is currently demanded worldwide.

After resource expansion - we should have a similar NPV while they are valued 3x+ higher

That being based on 25% of their resource but our being less than 1%

The current Jorc is 16mts while there’s 2-3 billion tones across the asset

Fundamentally so undervalued - will keep adding while nearly the Mcap is nearly 50X less than the NPV

The gap between the Mcap and NPV is the biggest of any company I can think of

Blencowe announced results of the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for Orom-Cross in September 2021, which highlighted a long-life, low-cost graphite project that delivers significant operating margin per tonne; the resultant NPV (US$317 million) and IRR (49%) are considered exceptional and as such the Company has moved into PFS stage. The Company will further refine the project economics in the PFS and continue to use these studies to engage with strategic and industrial parties that are seeking graphite product.

Huge gap between the NPV and Mcap - drilling at the moment the above due to be expanded this quarter

We haven’t got a CEO ramper - Richard just explained that deal with partner this size, funding to production more than one mine is transformational for a company worth 10ish million.

Expansion follows and we’re 3 weeks into drilling - literally a case of from the impatient to the patient

After a 10mil minimum spend JV the SP is bargain for fundamentals investors - in 12 months the SP will be multiples of the current price

The 517,000 ounces already has a 100mil+ NPV based on the PEA at clontibret alone

10mil mcap after a 10mil JV with a resource of 517,000 ounces already with gold hit outside of that - expansion drilling at the moment

983 ounces in 2022 takes them to 1.5, more than that's doable in 2022 especially with the Richard quoting "there will be 5,6,7 rigs drilling at once"

2.5-3million ounces within 24 months and then more in the years that follow - derisked to production, a clear 10 bagger from this price

Theres a company behind the SP that moves up and down and we're expanding out half a million ounces right now, as Richard said it was transfomational for the company to gain a partner this size

It's been a smashing start to the year apart from CGNR and for as long as we're in this range il keep adding as we won't be for long as the company behind the undervalued SP continues to develop - richard even said they can get to a million ounces quickly, 10mil mcap after a 10mil JV with a proven resource already is completely disconnected

12mil mcap fundamentally makes no sense - I was sharing to help others but realised most are blind - I’m just gonna keep loading at these silly price’s before the unconditional JV lands knowing expansion drilling has started

That the lab the drill cores will be sent too is in Ireland and not far away

12.5 million is really silly for a company at this point in a JV deal with a partner as large as demir, on top of the £900mil 517,000 ounce of proven gold with gold hit outside of that at clontibret and all other targets
Also mentioned they can expand to 1million ounces quickly

12.5 million is golden ticket prices, we already undervalued and the upside 10x++ as they expand into the 9-10 million ounces above 200 meters at clay lake glenish and clontibret - the unconditional JV won’t be far behind while we continue drilling with demir now they’ve signed and agreed

Expanding to 1.5 million ounces by year end is conservative and highly likely, drilling starts monday/tuesday - with Richard also in the roast quoted they would be "greatly accelerating drilling and building up to 5,6,7 drill rigs working at once" and also quoted they can expand to million ounces quite quickly

Great to hear Richard again post EGM - suprised to see a drop this morning

Richards continually stated in each interview that this is 15 years+ in the making - what they have found is world class - the 10 million ounces at clontibret clay lake and glenish are within 200meters of the surface - and that this JV at this point in the companies history, the time the majority here are investing is transformative

He expanded on demir agreeing and being happy to move forward - that the licence transfer is well advanced - that drilling starts next week on the 3/4th as part of that made agreement - and that they will be building up to multiple rigs drilling at once in 2022

People publicly stated they traded the post EGM dip ptedicting weekness/impatience - but with drilling starting in less than a week - the signed and sealed JV with a fortune 500 major that Richard exudes its a done deal, the warrants at 50p releasing working capital that will last a long time, 517,000 ounces - we're undervalues at sub 15million mcap, 50p would be 19mil mcap with 10mil for drilling and 5 mil from the warrants

CGNRs my top pick for 2022 and beyond and the only investment I hold with a credible and highly case for 20x+ returns following this JV - 15-20 million ounces 13-14mil mcap

Listen to the above again recorded after the EGM, does Richard show any signs of uncertainty or even that the licence transfer will take long? no - Richard showed all confidence there will be no issues, the deal has been agreed with demir and will be fully concluded after licence transfers which is in process now and wont take long, and that drilling continues of the 3/4th of January

I keep asking anyone to show me another company with 10mil+ ounce potiencial and no one ever answers - 14.2 mil mcap currently, the JV with a Fortune 500 major derisks us to production for more than one mine, and once fully signed shortly we won’t need to raise cash for long time
