We’ve grown our revenues and now have the first of many to come contracts for multi year revenues

And they have raised funds to add more staff to meet the demand of the contracts that will follow going forward, that never could have in the past

The past isn’t the future - you all seem like terrible investors - will keep buying while you all poke holes in your boats

The company will grow and your realised this I gift of a buying opportunity - the last 2 placings we’re to refurbish the yards which are now fully reactivated - and post the last few months of 2020 the company couldn’t generate anything - we’ve 7 folded the revenues while only half open - and now are set to grow going forward.

I wish everyone all the best - when large contracts start coming in I won’t be surprised, or when the FID lands

Is the company not in the strongest position and set to grow year going forward? If you don’t think so you blinded by eyes that can’t time your investment choices wisely

14p placing price - 20.5 hit on anticipation of drilling - drilling rig arriving on Monday

Doom and gloom for those than want the lowest possible entry

The Mcap is less than the saipen contract

Less than the infrastructure and cash balance

Less than annul revenues

Still will everything to play for going forward that was never the case in the past

The last placing not even all 4 years we’re open - now we’re in FID for island Magee with 37+ tenders in negotiation and clear path to continue to grow the larger than the current Mcap revenues year on year

Will just over double my position at these prices - the future of Harland looks beautiful, and I don’t no what anyone was expecting from 2019 to early 2021, silly investment timing if you ask me. But now is different im very happy buying substantially more at these prices. The next 6 months will see island Magee funding and larger contracts than any that have been received to date. Buy while there’s blood in the streets they say

And the 1.5bn MOD contract, are they flat out acknowledging they have no chance of getting it?

Disappointing and frustrating timing - but I’m still gonna add a lot more . Around the 20p range would be a mcap in the low 20s- Less than the value of their cash and infrastructure alone. Less than their annul revenues.

I haven’t been a long term holder who bought too high like Si and many others it seems ( who I keep trying to be friendly with and is unnecessary rude for no reason ) - I can’t see what you was expecting being invested at the end of 2019 and throughout 2020 while Island Magee got stopped until last month ( that used to be the only project ) and when the dockyards were being rebuilt and they was unable to generate anything, what did anyone expect until Now? Only now minus this placing is the company starting to build momentum and move in the right direction - 31 July 2021 marks the end of the period of major upgrades across all the yards; Harland & Wolff is now accelerating operations and has changed its focus from re-establishment of the yards to converting a substantial pipeline of opportunities into contracts.

The I called the bottom here sub 20p - will double my holding today, particularly as we know island Magee funding is far away along with other things.

Always stay prepaid for a worse case scenario, don’t invest what you aren’t willing to risk, stay diversified and be patient - I honestly feel in a few months time it won’t make any difference to the overall trajectory from the current price range.

The first dockyard wasn’t open in July 2020

We now have the ML licence back and are in 380mil FID negotiations right now which we havnt been since the ATH of the Company's history, what's that going to do to the SP when 380million lands during the first half of 2022?

When has the company ever been in advanced negotionations for wind turbine fabrication contracts valued 30-200 million? Never until now - they received their first 26.5 mil wind turbine contract this year and post cop26 there's a huge wind turbine push, and will be receiving many more going forward - they can come any time from now

When has the company been in tender for 15 MOD contracts from a 24bn budget? Never - the national shipbuilding office visited this week after opening in September and the budget was fully announced 3-4 weeks ago and they we’ve visiting last week. The country is finally starting a major push for shipbuilding - one of the MOD tenders is valued at 1.5bn

When before? Never until now

The Mcap at 20p will be less than the value of the Infrastructure and cash alone - but for the placing share land and the Mcap will be less than the annul revenues that will continue to grow

we now which we didn't have 6 months ago, 12 months ago or any other time in the companies history, the ML and means to unlock 380mil funding to benfit the country's gas crisis and generate revenues for 40 years - and means to contracts valued multiples of the mcap from now through the years that follow

Everyone makes there own decisions, but harland has an clear and in place investment case for returns in the multiple going forward, and this just makes a gift entry to the investment in the bigger picture.

I could only access funds for 7k in primary bid, but will double my holding over the next few days - stay calm - In the months that follow it won’t make a difference

It’s bizarre to me today when we’ve hit the highest in many months - that the LTHs seem to have spent the majority of the day talking it down.

Break even before the end of 2021 - that was before the 431 boat multi year RNLI contract and the 2mil first addition at appledore that followed the day afterwards , we’re have 5-6 weeks left of this year - with such a clear path to grow as all yards now open since July 2021 and now the only job is to continue to fill the backlog, I’m investing in what the future of the company looks like - within 6 months we’re receive funding for Island Magee, the second of many large wind turbine contract of those that are in negotiation Going Into 2022, the first MOD contract with more to follow, any amount of the 22 shipbuilding tenders and the navantia JV + any similar to the last 3 contracts ( which all took all LTHs by surprise ) and as the company has stated any campaigns against island Magee will have no legal strength to stand on, especially when it will be transitioned to hydrogen. Could it not be clearer as John wood has stated Harland is at the beginning of its growth curve ( since he said that ruffly 8 weeks ago we’ve been on a fairly consistent uptrend ) after many have been invested for years? It doesn’t matter as the company will be growing year on year from here onwards regardless of what’s posted, the contracts and funding will come - just seems strange to me, and the SP seem to follow the little optimism and posts that could cause unnecessary concern. Clearly a lot of new investors are coming in and will continue too, it makes sense to be mindful of that, as I previously mentioned most time looking in this BB its not easy understandable by new investors joining.

I suspect anyone selling now was holding for “ages” lol.

Anyone holding for more than 12 months would have multi bagged and now we’re finally drilling -

transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient

I recommend re watching some of the older interviews from Terra search on the potential of red setter - just like go the previous drills were right above the target and just needed to be deeper

No selling a single share until campaigns at both Paterson range assets are complete - and only added during the time the derampers we’re trying to predict the weather

Drilling starts within 2 weeks

We previously hit 20.5 on anticipation of drilling - 14p placing price

Both campaigns will be worked out of Newcrests Telfer mine - success at either cotteosloe or red setter and the SP will be many multiples of the current

The interims showed where we we’re up to on the 31 of July - COVID was a factor not all yards were fully activated - from then we’ve continued to meet the 7bn+ backlog and will continue to grow as the 37+ tenders mature to contracts

The 37 are the MOD and ship building tenders - and doesn’t include the wind turbine fabrication contracts in negotiations.

The renewables sector is growing quickly. The Company is involved in several negotiations with clients who are looking at booking fabrication capacity across all the Company's yards. The contracts being negotiated are complex and multi-year, with values ranging from approximately £30 million to £200 million. Project developers have now become conscious of the lack of fabrication capacity across the UK and are making efforts to book capacity in order to meet their local content requirements. The Company expects this market to be a key growth market for the whole Group going into 2022 and beyond.

With the high electricity prices, COP26 and the NI, Scotland and UK devoting so much to offshore wind, I’m personally expecting the first large wind contract before Christmas - especially with the above comment of Going Into 2022

Nice one stokey - there doing a fantastic job considering the yards have only been fully operational since the end of q2 this year - harland is poised to grow from strength to strength as the company continues to fill its 37+ Tender contracts and the FID 380million+ final investment decision for Island Magee currently in negotiations.

We are in 22 shipbuilding tenders and we know two will be announced in q4 this year should we win them - both are worth more than the current Mcap

The UK doesn’t have the shipbuilding capacity to fulfil all the of the MODs 24bn shipbuilding budget for the British shipbuilding reconnaissance boris keeps speaking about - he also mentioned Harland and Wolff on several occasions to play a part in this - all dockyards in the UK are going to hands full will MOD ships from 2022 onwards

Long way to go for Harland - the CEO said 6 weeks ago we’re just at the beginning of our growth curve and I believe harl will be high at Christmas, and then every Christmas year on year from here.

There’s 500mil per annum potential at 80% capacity between the 4 yards - 7bn+ backlog being - filled during a time the country wants to build its naval forces.
+ island Magee that will generate revenues for 40 years

Now the ML is granted - and the gas supply pressure continues - it bodes extremely well for the 380mil+ FID final investment decision for Island Magees gas storage for 30% of the UK that’s currently in negotiations

Along with much news to follow from all aspects of the business

Since July 31 all dockyards have been reactivated and we continue to grow the revenues we’re already generating - while waiting for the first of many major contracts that will arrive before the Island Magee FID

Still along way to go while the companies trajectory is to continue to fill the 7bn+ backlog - play a huge part is the wind turbine push - the British shipbuilding reconnaissance and 24bn the will spend by MOD of which we’re in 15 tenders, 1 being valued at 1.5bn - the 431 royal nation lifeboat institute contract we recently won is multi year and we expect many multi year contracts to be signed over the weeks, months and years going forward.

In 2019 Harland only had island Magee, and the shipbuilding/wind turbine side of the business only became fully operational less than 5 months ago, we will growing year on year from here

Every days a day closer to Island Magee has storage providing the solution to the current gas crisis and provide the country with the storage and security of supply it needs. Although I feel it will still be a few months, the funding amount is 12x the current share price at 380mil minimum

Any one of the large wind contracts can land at anytime ranging from 30-200million

I hope the navantia JV is formally concluded within the coming days/weeks

And the more to look forward too later on the MOD side, 22 shipbuilding tenders ( 2 due before Christmas is we win ) and other contracts like the RNLI and it’s biproducts, or like the recently RNSed arnish and appledore contracts
