The markets sleeping - I'm suprised were still valued this low considering the magnitude of the partner we're about to sign with and what it means in terms of derisking conroys future - 100p would be 38-39 mil mcap with 20mil+ for ops funds - half a million ounces proven with gold already hit outside of that at clontibret, and all other targets along the 65km trend with a fortune 500 major as a partner - 100p is my first target following the JV conclusion - and then more as they expand into the 15-20million million ounces while whatever is found is derisked to production - once the JV concluded its a hand off investment, with the fundamentals to grow year on year towards more than one mine. The 50mil mcap target given last week would be 125p and that was based of the $81m NPV(10) of the 517,000 ounce resource at clontibret being open pit mined and was created when the gold price was sub $1325

The 2017 resources grade was 2g/t. Assuming the lode ore is processed
first, followed by the stockwork ore, and all other assumptions being unchanged,
running the model at 2g/t increases the NPV(10) to US$81.6M and the IRR rises to
43.9%. Again, this valuation is unfunded and after tax, and is based on an 800kt pa
mine producing around 61k oz pa for the first 6 years of operation.

This is the PEA for just the half a million ounce jorc at clontibret - we’ve hit high grade gold outside of the Jorc during demirs due diligence - the PEA was created before the RNS named potentially 5 million ounces at clay lake and we’ve continued to prove and derisk more gold targets since that time also.

The JV immediately pays 1million to CGNR for general working capital and overheads - we have 5.2million warrants at 50p that’s conroys and 10.2 million at 100p - while the JV pays for 2 years of drilling/expanding into the 15-20million ounce potential, but also pays for BFS DFS and feed which is where the bigger money is spent. With 10.2 million from the 100p warrants as well as the 1million from demir while 10million of drilling is paid for - there will be no need for any placings certainly not in 2022 and likely not in 2023

The PAE is for gold all within 200meters of surface that can be open pit mined after expanding clontibret, and moving on to preparing clay lake at the second gold mine.

I also wonder why they wrote 1million ounces instead of the 517,000. I know the reported high grades outside of the Jorc were part of demirs DD. Perhaps demirs due diligence drilling has/will be been added to the jorc?

The 517,000 is less than 20% of clontibret and its all within 200 meters of the surface - and the 9-10 million ounces at glenish clay lake and clontibret the same - im looking forward to seeing what's deeper
