Well good luck there. I expect quite a few shareholders will at least partially reinvest their dividend. I also expect the company to initiate a share buyback scheme to balance out the rather greedy free issue of shares to some of the BoD.

The Algo traders are clever - very clever. Totally undermines the 'efficient' market concept, but that is what we have!

Looks like it's finally on the rise once more, with the prospects of some buybacks and div reinvestment. Been thinking about what Cardzone have done taking on the Clinton's stores - think this was a very big mistake for them!

Precisely why people go to Card. And they then buy some silly bunting, a card for Grandma at 149p, a helium balloon and go back because it was good value.

So... Sounds to me like you should be investing in Clinton Cards! Really not sure what your point is. The cheap cards get people in the shop, and 10 cheap cards don't cost much to make. It's the total spend you want at this end of retail...

Isn't that what the AGM just passed? Why would they need anything further? And Chairman - the ultimate boss - should be looking after shareholders' interests... This would not be a job for the CFO normally. CFO would be responsible for enacting whatever the BoD agreed. Normally imho...

If the sp is £1.25 I expect the chairman will be forgiven. Some institutional investors clearly think he's the reason the shares are trading so low...

If you look in the annual report there's a mention of share buybacks to offset dilution due to their rather greedy free share offerings to directors / staff in the incentive plans. Just extra pay in that case disguised as an incentive scheme. But shows they are thinking about it. And with the sp so low, it would make sense to buy shares before the interim dividend at the latest.

They can now buyback shares. Hopefully this will either resolve the Teleios situation if they are, in fact, still offloading, or allow the sp to rise through normal trading activity and increased value attributed to each share.

I would expect the Market Makers and possibly other short term investment houses acquiring some shares at the current very low price in anticipation of share buybacks and dividend reinvestment. If the price isn't up 5% in a month we'll know Teleos is going down much further...

I wonder if another couple of directors have de-risked their 'free' shares by issuing them and then dumping a 'tax payment' onto the market. Or someone else is still dumping. I doubt it's private shareholders... And different from the Teleios pattern.

Have to wonder how much they have been involved in getting share price down so low for their greedy acquisitions! Not impressed. Even if it is common practice in our mostly broken capitalist model. Hopefully sp will gradually improve a bit - there must be some institutions realising that they can make a nice return here!

We should get an interim dividend at the 1.5-2p level in addition to buybacks. It's worth delaying some payback of debt at these levels!
