The usual drag is impacting this share - it should be well over 110p today. The big difference this time round is the dividend and xd date on 31st May! The game players can't really beat that new and huge help in driving the price to a more sensible place.

And, with the market cap being closer yet to FTSE 350 territory the passive funds will need to take notice. This could easily push the sp up 10 - 20p.

Not quite, but I think we all know what you mean. The 4.5p is the dividend for the whole of FY24 so is about 4% currently. The interim will be included as part of the div for FY25 so hopefully will be 2 - 2.5p payable late 2024 with a final div payable about next June (2025). Hopefully about 4p so total of 6 - 6.5p for FY25. Maybe a bit more. If company is growing and still paying a 4 - 6% div yield then there is ample room for share price being 150p plus. Happy days!

The trick now it not to get excited and sell too soon. With the dividend coming and likely to increase over the next few years this should be close to 150p before end of year.

Div paid 28th June. Xd end May. So only 4 weeks away. Brilliant. Can expect a 2p interim in late 2024 of course now as well.

Certainly hope so. Why the price dropped so much after the previous announcement is not totally clear - but I strongly suspect the lack of a clear update on dividends was near the top of that list.

Says it all, really, especially on a Friday and on a day when stocks are down...

Some big transactions coming through - mostly inaccurate Buy / Sell indicators (which are useless and misleading). Price creeping up - as expected...

According to some sources (I don't have access) Liberum released a Buy recommendation with a target price over 170p. While they are not quite independent and have been pushing CF for ages this would be a big increased in their previous target price. Also, I believe there have been some purchases from members of the BoD.

I cannot see any reason why dividends aren't effectively accruing from 1st Feb this year. The dividend policy was mentioned a while back and the financial conditions clearly support reinstatement of the dividend. It would be odd not to mention this in the statement accompanying the year end by way of confirmation, which normally also gives brief information about the current year in progress as well.

Dividend, reducing debt, positive trading updates and adherence to growth targets with further relationships and progress towards the omnidirectional sales should encourage a PE of more that 6... Of course, we need to see how closely CF is delivering on this.

Wow, that is cheap. Probably too cheap! Card Factory is imho the happy medium!

OK. Understood and accepted. Stach certainly has come and gone at suspicious times, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's doing anything wrong. Let's all just analyse this as best we can and try to be fair...
