Hosai, you are completely correct in what you have said regarding cross over flu / covid - hot places not showing slow down.

However, I’d like to remind you that Brazil isn’t one of those hot places at the moment as, officially, they are in their winter season! :))

Completely correct M00la. In fact, Mooky was interviewed not too long after the rumours about 3 months until we go bust. He basically said “we are on solid ground” followed by “don’t believe everything you read in the media”!

Mr Peel, and others, seem to believe CINE is still going to press ahead with the merger. But at a discounted rate....which would mean it doesn’t get dragged through the courts...

If you want to “buy now” - wait to see how it opens, if it’s going down - perhaps wait until it is 5% (ish) down and buy. It generally drops quite a bit (3-5%) on a red day. If it’s a blue day, wait for it to go red and risk missing out or buy when it’s only a little up and risk the drop.

If I’m honest, I don’t think it’s very likely at all. However, I have no legal expertise. But from a common sense perspective, they are asking for the full amount of the sale - but with no sale - I think it is a case of scaremongering from their side.

But again, I simply do not know. The SP hasn’t moved massively today, so the big boys clearly had it priced in or don’t care!
