Depends how they can raise the money, a rights issue is offered to the existing shareholders at a discount to the market price of the shares
A placement is a private transaction direct with an investor / investors
Death spiral funding is an interest bearing loan issued to the company which can be converted by the lender into shares at a large discount to the current & future price of the shares

When the market cap of a company gets this low many of the providers will not get involved, those that will can charge a massive fee

After hours of searching for a positive regarding this company I am pleased to announce I have actually found one

As a cash shell

They are listed on the main market of the UK stock exchange
Listing on the main market of the LSE is a time-consuming & expensive process as CBX initial costing of February 2021 shows

The company has £5m in cash and no debt, if the market cap was to fall to £ 5m which at the moment is 1p per share ish, then it is a no brainer

If a real company making nuts & bolts, umbrellas or rubberised dildos etc. wanted to list on the LSE they should simply buy all the shares for 1p, pocket the £5m cash, sack the stuffed shirts, skirts & clowns running it, bin the CBD ****e nobody buys & bingo, main market listing for free

I feel this is quite an elegant solution for all

This is an absolute fantastic market at the moment, if you know how to trade it from both directions, that's how i make my money

For example there is a massive gap on the SP 500 chart 3877-3900, my mystic meg crystal ball tells me this gap will be filled in the near future.

Crazy day today, massively down this morning then the Dow & Nasdaq end the day higher, FTSE still underwater though

I still feel the us market has some unwinding to do, i have 4222 & then 3800 as my levels on the S&P
500 these are the Fibonacci retracement levels , while the market is still under to 100 & 200 DMA
I feel they are an aiming point that will be hit.

It was quite easy being long only the year the virus hit but this year is going to be very different, large dips & big bear covering rally’s.

Need to trade this year from both directions, make a fortune or lose a fortune year

On the first day of dealings ( 26th Feb 2021 ) CBX stated it has raised £13m from over 6000 private investors
On the 30 may 2022 is stated its net cash position was £ 5.528m

£ 13,000,000. 26/2/21

£ 7,472,000. Total cash spent as at 30th may 2022
Total revenue up to 28th Feb 2022. £ 13,058

£ 7,472,000 spent to earn £ 13,058.

I agree, Ad-mel,

For 6 months I have been logging onto this board with a negative view on this company, just have others have been logging onto this board with a positive view, isn’t that the point of these BB,s ?

The difference between the 2 points of view is the posters that have had a negative view have been correct, as reflected in the 75% fall in the share price over the 6 month period

People are getting stung in the market at the moment because they ignored the numerous red flags around this company and the market in general, perhaps if they spent more time researching their investments instead of childish name calling they would have kept hold of more of their capital

There may come a time to invest back into this company, that time will be when they start selling their products in quantity & making a profit, until then being positive because it is the ‘nice’ thing to do, is not helping potential new investors in the slightest.

It has been a theme here recently , any genuine criticism of this company will be met with personal attacks by the likes of Candle & co.

I feel that is why many will not post here & the daily posts are down from hundreds per day into next to nothing

Investors are real individual people, like us, we don't live in an idealistic fantasy world detached from reality, we will be disappointed with bad news, but it is not the end of the world, as long as the management are seen to be giving their all, they will be given the benefit of the doubt

What annoys investors the most is the constant ducking and diving by the management, moving goal posts, missed time scales, promise of future products, omni channel advertising etc, what the hell is a soft launch supposed to be ?

As you say, they need to be more engaging with the investors, after all, it is the investors money they are spending
