I do like my facts and figures, please check my numbers
On the first day of dealings ( 26th Feb 2021 ) CBX stated it has raised £13m from over 6000 private investors
On the 30 may 2022 is stated its net cash position was £ 5.528m
£ 13,000,000. 26/2/21
£ 5,528,000. 30/5/22
£ 7,472,000. Total cash spent as at 30th may 2022
Total revenue up to 28th Feb 2022. £ 13,058
£ 7,472,000 spent to earn £ 13,058. Good investment so for do you think ?

From the last 2 cash totals supplied direct from CBX
Total cash burn in 101 days. £2.202 m =. £ 21,802 every day
Cash burn is now £ 654,000 per month
This figure is 100% correct, i agree that the cash burn over the next 101 days could be less on the flip side the cash burn over the next 101 days also could be more
I just found out CBX now stock their products in 3 shops in Scotland
Why did they spend a fortune on billboard ads in London & Manchester and then stock their products in shops in Scotland ?
Its like some crazy game of hide and seek
lol
Candledick
I pay for live date and Level 2 access on this site, are you stating LSE data isn't actually live, if you are, i feel LSE might be a little upset at that accusation
AD-mel
Last time i checked its not the end of the year is it ?
CBX will have to do some sort of cash raise, placing, RI, capital injection, death spiral etc, before the end of the year, they are burning through £ 654,000 every month, get a calculator, how long will their cash reserve last at this rate ?
If they don't when they publish their end of year results the auditors will have to flag a material uncertainty because the company will not have sufficient funds to trade for another 12 months, what happens then ?
Alexis Abraham, who founded the Company in 2018 and served as Chief Executive Officer from its IPO in February 2021 until December 2021, will step down from the Board on 28 February and will become a consultant to the Company on an ad-hoc basis.
There you go, its called research !
Keep apologising Cadledick,
Alexis is not Chief Strategy Officer either
That’s all folks
Months & months of nothingness till the next update
Yawn
Looking at the Interim results more closely a few questions spring to mind
On the 28 Feb 2022, inventory was recorded at £ 579,585 does that sound excessive since they only sold £ 13,058 in the previous 3 months & how much of this is stock is the tablets, drop etc they cannot legally sell ?
How much of that figure will be written down to zero if the ban remains ?
What is the standing of the Share-based payment reserve recorded at £ 1,407,733
I am assuming this sum has been ring fenced to satisfy the warrant liability
Is this cash available as working capital or not ?
Does the net cash position published today of £ 5.528m exclude or include this figure ?
Any ideas ?
Thats why the spread can be massive one minute and narrow the next, it is never the same MM with the best Bid & Ask price,
When the 1.5p has been bought the Bid will move to 1.3p & vice versa
Yes Ad-mel i do agree the volume is low today considering the events
Level 2 tells you what you need to know, there are 7 market makers on this stock
Prices they will sell to you are
3 will sell at 1.8p
1 will sell at 1.9p
3 will sell at 2 p
Prices they will buy from you are
1 will buy at 1.5p
2 will buy at 1.3p
1 will buy at 1.2p
2 will buy at 1p
1 will buy at 0.8p
Calm down Ad-Mel,
New need to relax, I’ve heard golfs a good way to relax
Lol
They already have golf ?
What the hell does that mean ?
Is that a new form of insult I don’t know about ?

I’m all for creative thinking, but trust me announcing a low net cash balance has never instilled confidence in investors

Italy is great, I’m going next week, and believe it or not they actually have internet access there, who would have thought it.
Not sure what the Voltarol / Volarol reference was all about, bit of random tangent i feel, as per normal from you I guess
Back in the real world the question remains, CBX a speculative punt under 1p or not ?
I think we all can finally agree next weeks results will be a car crash, what next ?
The company know this and will need to announce at least a little good news along with the crap, we have plans to expand into Europe, we are bringing forward the movement range, the pet range is near to completion etc etc to stop the decline in the share price
The pivotal point for me will be if they publish their cash position, company’s have no obligation to publish their net cash, they will triumphantly announce to the market this figure when they have plenty and conveniently omit it when have little
If they omit this figure the market will sniff that out and the shares will drop, at that point does this become a binary bet, a spin on the roulette table ?
My views on this company have been plain to see by all for months, the products are good but vastly overpriced, the clowns that brought this to market have disappeared, the management has been a running joke, but what if by some miracle there is a black/ swan event know one could have predicted ?
Stick a few quid in sub 1 p as a 1000/1 outsider ? They do pay off occasionally
Just an idea
Lol LGO
Due to the late arrival of sales
Profits have been delayed

I have said in the past you are an ambassador for this company & should be congratulated
In my opinion you should be able to get a better deal direct with the company instead of purchasing through a third party
Good idea Theaky,
Spin out the nasty horrible stinky profitable oil and gas area that the UK ESG voters love to hate into another company and register that offshore in a more forgiving tax environment
Leave the UK with the high cost, ESG friendly unreliable wind and solar
Sorted
Interesting one liner on CNBC this morning, since BP are a global operator, why do they have to be domiciled in the UK ?
Good question I thought
