Does anyone have any understanding of the Share-based payment reserve recorded at £ 1,407,733 in the accounts ?
I am assuming this sum has been ring fenced to satisfy the warrant liability

Is this cash available as working capital or not ?

Does the net cash position published of £ 5.528m exclude or include this figure ?

I think we can take that as no fundamentals then

Technical analysis, which is the corner stone of all institutional investor’s decisions, complete nonsense, all those wiggly lines, moving averages, & pie charts, complete rubbish

Even worse are the fundamental idiots, looking at the cash flow, p/e & return on asset metrics, crackers the lot of them

All we need here is a little good old-fashioned faith and belief, like a religion, eyes tight shut kind of an investment

Below is the post by LGO from 30th may, how is that the same as my post of the 1st June ?

From the RNS dated 18/2/22

"The Company's cash and cash equivalent balances were £7.73m as at 18 February 2022"

From today's RNS :"cash was £5.528m as at 30 May 2022"

That is £2.2mn cash burned; divided by 3.4 gives you £628k burned per month. With product launches, new hires and marketing campaigns to fund, I assume that cash burn can only go up.

That is only my assumption, no doubt the next trading update will clarify that.

What the investors cash was spent on is totally irrelevant, stock market fees, salaries, advertising, cocaine & hookers etc etc etc
The plain facts are as follows, which you cannot argue
