It has not been above 82 in the last month. Before the results it briefly went over 85. Once for a few minutes or hours it was possible to get 85 and there was someone on this forum calling it at 85 and telling people to sell.

My own personal opinion is that 80s are soon going to be a thing of the past and the range will drop back to high 70s. November 7th everything will change and low 70s to 60s.

ITV has a CEO who is MIA. Rarely does interviews, fails to talk up the business and invests in the area of the business that is seeing year on year declines. She is just doing an 8 year stint at the end of her working life that will see her gain a pension worth over 1 million a year and 20 million in payouts.

This could be a leading studio business that all the big streamers come to. It could tap into the world class creative talent in the UK and be making the most of script writers and production staff. Instead the Dame has rocked up with her EZJ cronies and it as war with the ITV lifetime employees who resent her just milking the business for her own gain.

Corruption, cover up and mismanagement. Carolyn and her cronies are worse than Johnson, Zahawi and Cummings. Get rich quick and to hell with the future.

The buybacks must be making up the majority of buys now. So many investors are just ditching ITV in anticipation of a SP in the 60s returning here in the not too distant future.

Tomorrow ITV will most likely open well above 82 which will fuel the dumb commentary again. Predictions from Pogrom about how this will be £2.50 in the near future despite the fact that everyone is switchng off from the free to air side.

I would urge caution. The rise tomorrow is most likely going to be followed by a sustained period of small falls, before Nov 7th. My best guess is catastrophic figures on Nov 7th. Dame will cling on by selling off studios and taking on more debt to fund buybacks.

Only going to get worse after tomorrows early morning rise.

So it is no great achievement for ITV. Romesh puts himself around and does many different formats.

The SUN reported the same new story a month ago but put a different spin on it saying that Romesh was only offered the new 3 show series after BBC axed his comedy show.

So Winnie yet again proves her credentials as the Board's least credible poster.

Not sure ITVX will manage to retain its audiences as budgets are cut from production going into the future. Studios are the real value in ITV and should have been prioritised from 2018 to 2024 only the Dame has gone with digital platform in the hope that ITV can stay relevant as a broadcaster. Free to Air will cease to exist in a decade for ITV.

So more mutual backslapping on this forum as the SP crashes. Nobody wants to engage in a mature adult conversation about what happens to ITV after the free to air ceases to make money. The SP is purely the valuation of the studios. The city has already removed all value from the Broadcast business. So getting this back over £1 needs a CEO and Board who aggressively grow the studio business and make that the priority.

Winnie, Pogo and Robs are background noise. Best to ignore them and focus on the smarter investors.

Yes advertising. My prediction is Nov 7th some of you loyal cheer leaders are in for a very violent shock. 10%+ fall with the same quarter 2023. It will spook the markets who care not for assets but just see the revenue falling away.

By Nov 7th the buybanks will be more than 50% spent. Shorters will start licking their lips at a 20p SP fall for ITV.

jed try listening to the informed debate by tv execs and studio ceo's. the industry is in terminal decline. there is no come back or miraculous recovery. free to air will die. itv have pursued the wrong direction under mccall. she has wasted 100s of millions.

this is why the share price has tanked under the dame. it does not lie. £2 down to 80p. her announcement of itvx saw more investors drop itv as it was clear to them which way the industry was going and that the dame was too slow and ******ed to pick up on that.

ITV have a CEO who is slow to implement change that will future proof ITV. Crozier aquired the studios that now fund most of the ITV growth in revenue. McCall has done precious little for 6 years

Industry leaders. The industry as a whole are saying that TV broadcasting is nearing a turning point. No ciming back. Revenues cannot be sustained and investment in new productions cannot be sustained.

The church ladies here would rather ignore what the industry is saying. They want to believe that revenues will return to advertising and that ITV can be back there competing with the BBC for audience figures. They want to believe ITV will make it back to the FTSE 100. No amount of silly spin or talking about figures can hide the fact that the TV industry know and are openly talking about the end of this industry. Only the broadcasters who rapidly transform to studios will provide and the Dame has failed to follow in Crozier's footsteps and has burnt through money on vanity projects.
