Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Nobody knows on this board, let alone on the UFO board why he has left. So many reasons so its pointless discussing it but all I know is that it hardly gives confidence to the shareholders, or are they just incidental to the whole operation?
Why all this abuse on here in the season of goodwill? So easy to sit behind a screen pouring out such puerile tirades against the CEO. More difficult to attend a shareholders meeting or write to the company and ask questions. Go away and don't come back.
Rich - Mining and oil exploration are just about the most risky investments especially among the penny dreadfuls that you can make and it stands to reason that 'bigging up' exploration results or 'markers' builds confidence among the punters. Horse hill, when Lenigas ran things was a case in point and the share price was buoyant on the back of David Lenigas's over the top predictions. Confidence is all and building expectations of making easy money by speculating in shares is what drives the punters into such a market. There is just so much that can go wrong between looking for, finding and developing oil or minerals prospects. Time was when Falklands oil exploration were the speculative go-go shares to speculate in and look where that went. Though having dabbled in them myself at the time I could never understand how a big oil find would ever get to market especially given such a hostile political and weather environment. I made little out of it but wouldn't blame the companies or the CEOs at the time let alone write of them in an abusive way.
So Rich - you obviously know SS very well so perhaps you can ask him for the answer to your problem. I guess its why you haven't made lots of loot from this penny dreadful and instead lost it. I am afraid its the name of the game, you pays your money and you take your choice. Abusing the CEO isn't gonna get it back
Tray - Pretty much agree with what was said. The huge land assets we hold directly or indirectly have to be well in excess of the current company total share value but of course until they are drilled we cannot be sure. For an AIM stock IMO this is one of the few that have such value underpinning the share. Bought a few more this morning.

Its always better to travel than arrive Penguins but then I suspect you know little more than any of us punters even though you seem to speak with authority
Nothing changes and is unlikely to change until the 'gold' message goes viral. Its the way of the world as internet business shows. 'Groupthink' is the key to everything. Create the myth that you'll miss out if you don't get into gold before the boom in shares arrives. Bit like the cryptocurrency scam or pyramid selling. At one time in 'olden days' the value of gold shares reflected the reserves (in some cases were fictional) the price of getting it out compared to the the market price for gold, which is still as true as ever. In some cases prices absolutely skyrocketed and fortunes were made overnight on the basis of these (often fictitious) estimates. I'm talking 1960/70' s which is ancient history and communications from remote mining sites were slow to say the least. The Poseidon nickel share price bubble in 1969 is worth researching to see what can happen to share prices once the lemmings get on board.
Layla - truth is that junior AIM miners are about the most risky business you can invest in - high risk high rewards. I like to think POW is different in the way it is financed (most juniors depend on placings and a sole potential money spinner) and the wide range of metals and junior companies it is involved in. But its still risky but less so than most AIM junior miners. I suspect the ' successful' investors you speak of had lucky breaks rather than some supernatural powers of perception. Either that or they are clairvoyant. No-one can predict what the price of the metal they are exploring for will be when they finally (takes years) get into production and its often better to travel than arrive. Especially when one of the (Is it still) 11 projects makes a huge discovery.
Did any of these ghastly characters pick up the phone and speak to PJ. NO. PJ publicised his phone number to contact him to discuss matters of concern. Did any of these brave computer warriors do so? NO! Instead they call him names on here and hide behind their computer keyboards. Cowards all of them and if they don't like it just sell up and go away. Better still go to the annual general meeting and voice their concerns there (at the time when he was CEO) Nah, that would have meant actually standing up and asking questions. It might be acceptable to many on here but this arrogant and abusive behaviour by the minority should be called out for what it is. Ignorant, rude, abusive and does not contribute one whit to a sensible dialogue on this bulletin board.
Pauly - I find it so strange that supposed investors can be so abusive towards people they know nothing about presumably on the premise that they are losing money. If you don't like it why are you on here, You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for this one sided abuse. PJ put £400k into this startup and what are the contribution from same on here. Abuse and more abuse. Probably because they feel miserable to have lost a few quid on paper. Would you dream of saying these things to PJs face . I think not so those guilty people just carry on hiding behind your computer venting your venom. Have you nothing constructive to say? Get out and don't come back.
If it was all talk Roger how come he put £400k of his own money in the company he started?

If you don't like it why are you on here, You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for this one sided abuse. Get out and don't come back
Tray I hope you have explained all this to PJ , track record GGP, MTR, ECR etc etc, who has invested £400,000 of his own money in this company, but then what would he know about it??
"I am very pleased to be able to report positive progress towards the UEE IPO. Current market conditions are not conducive to capital raising, and the fact that Teathers/UEE have outperformed expectations in this regard is further validation of investor interest in new uranium focused opportunities."
This promises to be a win win (sort of) spin off
Moniman - Ever dealt with Shell. I have, they are like dealing with a government run organisation. The good thing is that although they are slow once the wheels start turning albeit very slowly at least you know they will come up with the goods ......... eventually ................
Just another phase of the survey and so far results looking good. Havieron went through all this in the early stages and look where it led.
I don't know, you don't know and none of us do Perhaps the requisition gang just want to take over the inflated salaries of the CEOs. I hardly think they are concerned about 'doing the right thing' . If the existing pair put more of their own money into purchasing shares and investing in the company then I would feel they have a stake. Should the requisition gang be successful who is to say that they might be taking even more out? Lets see the pair put their money where their mouths are and build up a bigger stake in RBDs future rather than taking out disproportionate rewards for the Shell deal.
GMET is the key just now and it was a great move to be trading on OTCQB Venture Market and we have a 61% share holding . If we can do this with others being spun off we can't go wrong. PJ's (who is PJ??) strategy is starting to pay off and the US investors have a different attitude to us here in the UK
Director buys, shares fall - perhaps she should have sold !
