Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
These rises backed up by recent RNS's should attract the 'fly by night' daytraders, forgie the pun. If they bother to look thoroughly into the history and fundamentals of POW is doing and achieving they should recognise the long-term potential. I strongly advise them to stay in and not just make a few quid before moving on to another fantasy get rich quick share. .
A placing on AIM increases the SP so that fact in itself is a bull point. Ironic that the earlier CEO made great play of not having to go to the market and dilute the share price but that's all in the past and 'lets all jump on the uranium bandwagon' prevails. I still believe that the foundations on which POW stands are fundamentally sound and the company has great promise.
Is the next best thing to hot air of which there is no shortage on this board at the moment. Wait and see , these dead cert 'discoveries' often turn out differently. The last drill missed the nickel and that according to some was a 'dead cert'
Usual drivel comments which you get on any of the AIM penny shares every time there is a spike before the lemmings flit off and ramp up another share which they also know little about and care about even less.
Strategies of company being an investor rather than an operator are paying off thanks to Wressle and these seem to me to be wise investments . Cash is king ! in today's climate. The Royalty path is a much better route in today's climate of anti-fossil fuels in the transition to Net Zero and for the forseeable future oil will inevitably play its part in achieving it. If the truth were known the US is actually doing far more in its way to achieve this than all the hufffing and puffing from the anti -oil lobby ever will in the UK.
This latest RNS has made my head full. Alot to take on board.
Heard it all before. Just a question of patience, this year next year whatever just so log as no-one runs out of money its inevitable that the target will be achieved.
G Panther - and how did Wytch Farm start out? From nothing of substance and if this was today no doubt British Gas (who weren't the most enterprising or dynamic of state run companies of that time) would have been accused of wasting money. It took various organisations many decades to realise there was any oil worth exploiting. I followed the early days of WF with interest having been born and was brought up in the area and subsequently worked offshore. Despite centuries of history of oil shale lying around Kimmeridge beach (the Kimmeridge layer extends all the way up the North Sea and is a marker for all drilling operations). Similarly I worked on the Buchan Field for a while, operated by BP, which was originally discovered by the famous North Sea Oil (UK sector) entrepreur Algy Cluff in the 1970s, eventually producing oil from a floating production unit. That initially gave the clue to the huge Forties formation. Few for one moment realised what and how big such discoveries as nearby Forties Field would ultimately become so don't write off WN as never to compete with Wytch Farm. Wytch Farm was next to nothing in the early days (as was Buchan), other than the nodding donkey which predated WF and is unbelievably still producing oil close to Kimmeridge beach which is taken away by tanker. So don't write off the potential of WN in such a cavalier fashion,
Long on personal views short on facts. You haven't been in AIM as long as I have and I am in many company with sound finances, unusual for AIM, yet SP are bumping along the bottom. Where are all these high performing AIM stocks then?
And all the rest of AIM or don't you invest anywhere else.on AIM. If you do please tell us something that has done well on AIM in the last couple of years. AIM has been a disaster for everyone, good and bad. So don't single out RBD please.
Yes Watt but it doesn't excuse the arrogant abusive way in which some members of this board express their self opinionated opinions, if you see what I mean. Rudeness and patronising whoever has the temerity to disagree with their extreme one sided rants serves only to confirm they need to grow up and get a life.or bgtter still go elsewhere and leave us in peace. We've heard it all before, like a stuck 'gramophone' record over and over and over ..........ad nauseum..If they can't do anything about it then sell up (always assuming they are invested in here) and leave..
Why all this abuse on here in the season of goodwill? So easy to sit behind a screen pouring out such puerile childish tirades against the CEOs and others. More difficult to attend a shareholders meeting or write to the company and ask questions. You lot probably wouldn't say booh to a goose when actually in a face to face with the people you hate so much. How about some due diligence on yourselves. Get off here, grow up and get a life please
AIM in speculative mode. Just like the olden days but what has really changed apart from a taste for risk taking. Lets hope AIM stays that way, there are plenty of bargains to be had.
Or cashing in
I am inclined to agree with you Watts given the volume of bile on here against the CEOs and the amount of sun shining from the requisition group's collective orifices but what they haven't taken into account is the lack of accurate information concerning the freeloaders whose records speak for themselves. The level of apathy also needs to be considered by these leeches as its more trouble to act than to sit back and do nothing which is no doubt the main factor they are up against.
You have to be joking Watts those running these boards view it as a way of getting more punters on to their site but the reality is there are just a few cranks who are obsessed with their own navel who in reality need to get a life and meet real people in the real world. It drives most of us punters who live in the real world off them.
Is it our patriotic duty to support the 'get rid of S&S' campaign like it was our patriotic duty to wear a mask and get jabbed in '21 ? I think we should be told.

Cyp - Anyone who is a speculator making money on AIM thinks they are an investor and anyone losing money on AIM is a speculator. Truth is we are all speculators on AIM and anyone who thinks different is fooling themselves.
This straw poll proves nothing . anyone could vote whether or not they are invested in the company, surely this is meaningless. Do they take us for fools.
