Disappointing reaction on energy stocks to the PM statement in Aberdeen re: ensuring continuation of N.Sea energy development and carbon capture. Especially when we are producing onshore in the UK which is even more secure than offshore that still involves the logistics of moving the stuff onshsore n many cases whether by pipeline or tanker.
That's why they are an AIM company, to raise money as and when with share issues and the resulting dilution. You makes your choice, its a punt and I am gambling on them coming good, eventually
It will explode higher only if they are making money
Bit like when you go on a hike in the mountains Doc you reach the top of the rise and there is always another in front of you to negotiate.
Never been in an AIM share which wasn't 'jam tomorrow'
Is this the biggest single transaction so far.? I just casually look at the buybacks but this one jumped out, I wonder why. Either way it must increase the SP in the longterm the rate at which the buybacks are. Is a 10% buyback the target or does it just go on and on ?
4.6% so far bought back, not to be sniffed and this is being reflected in SP methinks, and about time too.
Or they need to raise money
Is alive and kickingi on here, get a life
Please tell me how I can earn money for being a paid deramper Midas, maybe I can earn more money doing that than investing in GGP. Who do I sent the job application for deramper to?
Whilst agreeing with much of your recent comment Joubert much of the turnover and interests in this share were initiated by Havieron find and probably that was the 'brand name' that attracted investors who could tell instantly what they were getting into. An exploration company with huge prospects. Perhaps on ASX the responses will be better to such a potential profit generator. The sad thing is that AIM and UK stock market is not as switched on to mining shares as Canada and Australia so dual listing should be beneficial
Mr P - Never trust a AIM director ? Why are you oin AIM?
They are out to use you and your money? Why are you in AIM?
I just look at trading patterns - Why is a clairvoyant in AIM?
At the end of the day it's your money and I hope you make a lot of money - Nah your not in AIM or this share, can't afford it I guess
But they are going to try and take that money off you
Surely by n ow all credibility has gone from this naive politician who believes (not) by pandering to the oil zealots he will pick up more votes in the next election, Added to which he talks about 'green investment' so we could look forward to the usual scammers and bureaucrats pouring our taxes down the drain with nothinig to show for it . They are only any good at wasting money, not making it for the country.
Is good news as far as I am concerned. As long as the cash keeps rolling in from Wressle just because our illustrious leader has given up on trying to convince the doomsayers by making videos and opening himself to more abuse, doesn't mean to say that his long term ambitions to go mid-tier are a myth. Don't like it then get out and invest in something more entertaining and volatile such as craptocurrency. Do you remember that? The investment that was going to make everyone rich, the attraction being that it was fast and furious with instant gratification which is the fashion today. Don't invest, just gamble to make a fortune. The climate on AIM is just not like that any more.
Pers . have you sold up yet? If not why not?
Any ideas how to transition from fossil fuels then without incurring the wrath of 95 percent of the electorate?
Yeah afc but at least its not boring like cricket !
Hysterics among the penny dreadfuls at the slightest opportunity
Are always high risk, high risk high return so just relax unless of course you are crass enough to sink yourr fortune into something as speculative as this
Wressle is currently the second most productive conventional producing onshore oilfield in the UK.
Unlike offshore a secure onshore supply where saboteurs of the future can not disrupt. And more to come.
