Added here from proceeds of completing selling out of FGEN (decline to come IMO), FSFL down over 5% being the reason, totally overblown much like BSIF today and the other week after strategic review announcement. Good look all!

Taking this opportunity to sell out of UKW completely to add more to BSIF which is down just shy of 8% (appreciate this is a UKW board).

Will then trim again on any decent bounce (famous last words) with a view to holding a substantially smaller pot for these dogs moving forwards.

No expert obviously, but they (the sector) cant seem to predict / calculate energy prices at all according to past NAVs, will this continue? Who knows.

These renewables need to generate capital to just stay still, something they cannot do currently due to the discounts and cost of debt, that IMO is the biggest risk, probably reflected by the market.

Yet more evidence that 'NAVs' are mostly a wet finger pointed upwards!

These IMO aren't really investments, more an annuity with the possibility of getting some of the capital back at the end.

NAVs are pixie dust IMO, but what do I know, it appears the market agrees though.

Are the buybacks funded from FCF or disposals? If the latter the income will decrease anyway offsetting the buyback somewhat (appreciate on a sizeable discount to NAV), but should still be accretive.

Question is how accurate is the NAV? Far smarter people than myself seem to think it's accurate, not sure the market agrees.

Over 13m shares are being realised at a 2% discount and then re bought by subscription buyers are a blended price (which is? Lol) So anything over the realisation price is accretive to existing shareholders right?

Couldn't resist adding a few more today from selling some FSFL, I mean why wait for foresight to shaft us like today, so in for a penny and all that. I've commented on many of these turds' chat boards and 'it appears' to me anyway, that these types of funds only worked when rates were near zero %, we're now seeing the stress fractures more and more in the reported NAVs.

So, what next for the share price should (when) the company mergers? Will we see any sort of uplift / halfway house towards NAV?
