Sorry, but my concerns remain unpacified, I still can only see that Blockeeper have been set up to rip off QBT and it's PIs by being given the Methods we have totally paid for to the total benefit of Blockeeper and it's investors. We may well benefit from deals with other companies if any of the methods are commercialised but why would we pay to help set up a company we'll have no financial benefit from and then give them free what could be highly valuable product? I just don't get it.

Apart from yet again FG uses money invested by us, supposedly for the purpose of QBT and hopefully to our benefit, to start another company that otherwise has no financial tie and therefore no potential PI benefit to QBT.

Is it possibly a show case for the Methods once commercialised?

Please, if anyone can explain what the benefits are to QBT investors I'd be very grateful because at the moment I feel we are being used.

The biggest issue QBT have is the reporting of totally reduculous and unachievable time frames, whether this is out of ignorance or to naively try to generate interest and investment I'm not sure but, this is a matter of fact now and either has to be accepted by investors or deemed unacceptable and withdraw.

I'm hanging onto this by my fingernails now but do accept any time frames are FG fantasy and ignore them accordingly.

The return to Quantumn R&D is obviously because it's just a matter of dotting the Is and crossing the Ts to commercialise methods A, B, and C and money starts pouring in to fund further R&D, so obvious!

Could someone possibly clarify the relationship between QBT and Blockeeper please? eg

Is it Aasubsidiary or a separate enterprise?

Will QBT share holders benefit from any success Blockeeper might have or will that only go to new investors in Blockeeper when it is listed?

If Blockeeper has any connection to QBT should the appointment of board members etc gone before the QBT holders?

Surely the strategy (if there is one other than knee jerk reactions) should be to concentrate on revenue and whichever course of action will generate revenue the quickest. Once money is coming in then you can formulate a plan for the other areas of interest you want to explore. FG is now flapping about without direction giving a very amateur appearance that will do nothing to impress potential clients and which will make them wary to get get involved. It's like he's doing it on purpose.

I'd also question the ethics of taking money that was invested for QBT's purposes and giving it to a separate company that will be detached from QBT and offer no potential for return for the investors? Is that legal?

I agree Info, I'm more confused and uncertain now than before the interview, what exactly has been delayed, what is continuing as before, what will be ready at the end of the month and gor the conference and what has caused the delays!

I've never experienced such bad communication from a company CEO which in no small part causes confidence to fall and the SP to drop in itself.

Why have they had to postpone the Method C porting?? I can see no explanation whatsoever (yet again!) why or indeed clarification of what this actually means.

What are the actual costs involved in porting?

If we are close to deals why dilute now to invest in a start up, why not just wait!

Total disrespect for his funders, the least he needs to do is explain what is involved that costs £400k!
