I know that all board meetings have to take minutes, but as I said earlier, I’ve never known this with an AGM.

The resolutions / voting part of the meeting was recorded by the Company Secretary (James Gordon, who was present) and the results of this was posted as an RNS.

The general chat (following the formal part of the AGM) was not recorded and nor does it need to be.

The bottoms line is, no minutes were taken after the voting ended and the meeting was “closed” (as there is no legal requirement to do so),

US, your agenda is overuling common sense and in fact financial requirements. AGMs are not the same as director/board meetings and do not require minutes only the reporting of resolutions. Like I say, ask those who genuinely know and they will advise accordingly, googling is for amateurs and people who want to find the answer that suits their agenda.

Instead of bickering and jousting for the last word on here, those that know, who attended the AGM and who represent the company will answer questions honestly and without agenda:

Apart from the resolutions as per the RNS there was half an hour of general discussion with those in attendance, nothing relevant and no minutes taken as it is no a requirement on AIM.

Plain and simple.

I'd ask the fountain of all knowledge RKB, but then he has no conviction in his ridiculous cryptic messages and cowardly dissappears when they always fail to come to fruition.

I have to admit I find it very strange that this has closed on a low value sell for the last days. Finding it hard to believe this is just a coincidence.

Baffled by the impatience and demands for news here. The best FG could give was revenue (not deals US) after summer. Yes deals have to be before that but not necessarily now.

RKB has managed to stir people up again saying something happening this week but best to take RKB with a pinch of salt going off his previous prophecies.

To a novice investor like me I find these comments fascinating and quite frankly very exciting. I realise these are just personal opinions but they appear to be quite knowledgeable opinions rather than the unfounded drivel often posted here.

US is this not one of the boards FG mentions that their software can be added to and increase its efficiency even further ? Perhaps Braiins are one of the manufacturers they're talking to?

One of FG's NED's has had a little word in his ear and advised him to stop aiming for the big goal straight away.

Let's dumb Methids A & B down so they work across the board (reason for considerable reductions in efficiency).

This will generate quicker interest from 3rd party board manufacturers because of much less resource and financial risk.

Miners will be much happier in trialling Methods A&B again due to much reduced resource and financial risk, in fact no financial rush if software is included free on new boards.

When/if Methods A&B start demonstrating the reduced returns suggested, confidence will build to the point miners are happy to invest in bespoke versions that can return the 10% and up to 160% QBT have demonstrated in trials.

The knock on effect of this being chip manufacturers become very excited about the chances Method C could very well work too and are themselves willing to include it within their future ASICS currently on the drawing board.

In the mean time QBT are getting good revenue from the initial setup with the real prospect of life changing rewards in the relatively near future.

All my own opinion obviously, but as a business plan I think it very plausible.

And how would you know thus RKB?

QBT are only in talks at the moment, this needs to lead to full testing on the board, implementation, contract negotiation, roll out, etc. etc.

I'm excited at the latest development but we haven't even got a formal business agreement yet as far as I can see.

Very positive outlook at the moment but there's still hurdles to get over.

Wondering what the business model might be for methods A & B. If the methods are to be embedded on third party control boards costing circa £100 each to buy it doesn't seem to leave a lot of money for QBT to make. Or, are the methods embedded on the third party control boards but can only then be accessed by miners via licencing agreements directly with QBT. Or ................. other ideas welcome for meaningful discussion please.

If I were a major ASIC manufacturer interested in QBT's potential products, would I not wait and see how the manufacturer who has dipped his toes in the water fared before investing any time and resources myself and is that why there aren't any more NDA's as yet?
