Perhaps he is confused as to the “formal” requirement and the “general conversation” afterwards, which was clearly delineated by the CoSec.
I know that all board meetings have to take minutes, but as I said earlier, I’ve never known this with an AGM.
The resolutions / voting part of the meeting was recorded by the Company Secretary (James Gordon, who was present) and the results of this was posted as an RNS.
The general chat (following the formal part of the AGM) was not recorded and nor does it need to be.

The bottoms line is, no minutes were taken after the voting ended and the meeting was “closed” (as there is no legal requirement to do so),
