Morning ! It might be just that moditope potentially primes the immune system better with the tumour in situ !? Then with it removed the result is that the immune system has better surveillance of any recurrence!?

Page 27 .. from 2021 agm presentation was the last update on modi1 trial design I think ? Not sure if any tweaks since then but as you can see the early stages are in small numbers of patients understandably ?

I always like to read the ‘about scancell’ part .. it certainly is a lot more punchy these days than it used to be ..

Just a general recap .. with Covid wreaking havoc in the early cancer diagnosis arena over the last two years .. It could hardly be a better time to introduce Modi1 as the first of several late stage immunotherapies from the Moditope platform technology .. scancell could offer hope to patients who are ‘running out of options’ right now and an NHS increasingly struggling to meet this demand !

Fingers crossed it does what Lindy Durrant and team have engineered to do !!

I feel those who have done their research are fairly relaxed .. even as the muted 6p seemed to be approaching, but we always knew the modi1 trial would start at some point and yes, it’s much welcome news, but for scancell followers hardly a surprise!

The company is progressing with each RNS .. there have been no adverse side effects in any of the patients .. some with multiple doses now.

Ok things seems slow but a halted trial or side effects would have been worse!!

I know I said I was done buying more … but .. it really is amazing what you can buy for 11.5p these days !

Worth remembering that LD likes scancells IP to be watertight .. so I think the disclosure of scancells 4th platform technology must mean that it’s IP is all nice and protected too ..

The land grab continues, let’s hope at least one of them has a nice seam of gold running through it lol..

Great news today , another platform technology! It seems that it’s going to take bigger news to shift the ‘status quo’ re ownership of shares among those aware of scancell or anyone else !

Behind the obvious ‘worries’ there still is an appetite to develop better vaccines for the future.

Granted in late stage cancer but Scib1 part 1 of the phase 1/2 trial had 11 patients from memory and the phase 2 part recruited 16 ?

They will certainly get some data for sure !

Thanks for that .. looking at their pipeline this is still a product in development too so not quite as far down the road as scancell , however, any coverage regarding next generation vaccines is to be welcomed .. better solutions are required into the future in my opinion,
