Read the summary .. when I first started investing in scancell they only had the initial Immunobody technology and Scib1 in part 1 of its phase 1/2 trial ..

Look at that list of protected intellectual property now and targets …

I’d say if you sleep through scancells progress you will miss something !

No surprises today but is that not an opportunity to ‘build’ .. cos at the end of the day at current share price ‘movement’ .. there isn’t much to trade on is there?

Worth noting that if Scib1 makes a meaningful improvement with Keytruda , then it is likely that it will have the same impact with other checkpoint inhibitors !!

The mechanisms each approach bring to the table have been well researched (in animal models) ..here’s a brief summary from scancell in 2014 ! .. we’ve been waiting a while for this study and we’ll soon find out if it translates into humans ..

More interestingly this afternoon .. Again on the news, warnings by the PM that Covid levels in parts of Europe are a concern, and in the breifing just a few moments ago he reiterated that the current vaccines effectiveness wane over time !

When are we going to see news about second generation vaccines I wonder … ones that target T-cells !? … better ones !?

Watching bbc news this morning and apparently there are some countries putting in restrictions around ‘time since last vaccination’ !!! Some being around 6 months ??!!

In my opinion .. better vaccines are needed.

Thanks for that info ! Interestingly, scancell are well ahead of these projects and the scale of those fundings is fairly modest ..

The big question is .. will scancell actually need cepi’s funds … or .. are there other options now , especially on a successful phase 1 ??

I don’t know .. but time will certainly tell ..

Yes, I heard that too .. it’s no wonder Scancells shares are generally so tightly held and the ‘traders’ aren’t really trying that hard these days .. It will be interesting to here all those comments from the more negative quarters saying .. good job I held a good pot I wasn’t trading .. should scancell be successful with anything of course ..?
