I’d like go on record and thank you for your continued posting on here. I know from experience how exhausting it can be, constantly battling negativity.

You’re responses, with cold hard facts, to the never ending barrage of “what ifs”, “no deal coming”, “what will do without Jo”, “I have my doubts” “I’m worried” plus the constant poorly informed guess work, conspiracy theories and down right misleading posts by certain individuals on here, have been outstanding.

Whilst I can appreciate individual concerns and negativity around recent events, and the lack of clarity around the business, some appear to be going out of their way to compound this and instil further fear and doubt. You have replied to much of this, and put a few right, with a straight bat and without animosity (I don’t know how you do it sometimes). Your knowledge of the the company is second to none on here and I for one am extremely grateful that you are around to counteract some of the absolute drivel that’s posted on this bb.

For the same reason Repsol didn’t want it at the time, I assume. They were looking for oil, found gas, and it wasn’t deemed viable based on what they saw with the technology they had at the time.

Not sure what you mean Lotsoo20. If Repsol (as operator) handed the license back to the Moroccan Govt, every partner has to do the same. Or are you suggesting the partners can keep their bits, and claim it back later of another operator fancies a go?

Gutted, I have to say guys. I didn’t see this coming at all, and certainly not at 30% discount to a closing price of 7.8p. Extremely disappointing, bordering on disgusting behaviour by a BoD who told us exactly what we wanted to hear, in order to get what they need/want.

This BoD clearly haven’t learned lessons of the past. On the face of it, it would appear that whoever made those “cheeky offers” has called Chariots bluff and walked away, and the BoD didn’t have a back up bidder. They have priced themselves out of a Farm In AGAIN, and it’s cost all of us dearly. Will they ever learn.

The ONLY positive I’m taking from this is the amount AD is fronting up. He’s in for about £8m and we know his shares won’t be going anywhere and won’t be forward sold. Small conciliation, but it’s the best I can find, having read it a couple of times.

Also doesn’t really matter whether Anne calls herself part-time or full-time imo, so long as NFX is her priority and she affords it enough time to get the job done and achieve her stated goals.
If the job genuinely doesn’t require her to be there 9-5 Monday to Friday, and doing other things isn’t detrimental to NFX, then why is in an issue how else she fills her time.

OldHebriddean, the same can be said for AEMP imo. They are happy to take shares rather than cash.

As was alluded to the other day, I don’t think we will get significant news on Lixus/Anchois until such times as AEMP due diligence and SPA has been finalised. There is no way Chariot would put out news that would/could double the SP (or more) and expect AEMP to accept 50% less shares based on VWAP, part way through negotiations/DD. Not only would this mean AEMP having to accept less shares, but would also mean they have missed a significant inflection point post sign-off. It’s just not going to happen.

Similarly, and in relation to a placing, I’d be very surprised if AEMP would happily accept dilution of their payment (in shares) immediately following conclusion of the deal. Why would AEMP agree a price for their business, based on the VWAP of Chariot shares, then accept it being diluted by maybe 20%, possibly at a price 15% cheaper than they have just received their shares at? Again, for me, that’s just not going to happen.

Chariot, as far as I can see have enough cash for at least another year (possibly more) so there is absolutely no need to raise now and at this price. I’m not even sure they will have to do another placing at all. If a farm in is done (and it WILL have to be done) Chariot will have plenty cash for running costs and also to expand and develop their Renewables aspersions.

Chariot have said that they expect DD and SPA’s to be agreed by end of Q2. They’ll be desperate to hit that target and roll out the other news, which I expect is starting to back up based on my comments above. Only 5 more weeks in Q2 and I’m more than happy to wait. It might take a little longer than end of Q2, but it might also happen a few weeks before the end of Q2.

Slightly disappointed we’ve not had further updates, but share price here has held up better in the last 2 weeks than almost everything else in my portfolio.
Spread this morning is still insane 7.8p to sell 8.6p to Buy which suggests the MM’s know something is going to happen, but have no idea what. Tiny volume still, so no real selling going on and MMs pretty relieved there are no buyers either.

News will come when it comes, irrespective of how many times Goofy posts the same predictable one liner lol.

Absolutely right Knowbodyyouknow, in fact there’s not much in the article I actually agree with at all. From memory, and I confess without looking back on charts and RNS’s, Tiziana’s rise (and subsequent fall) has had almost nothing to do with “Covid catalysts”. Yes, the price may have ‘spiked’ a little in anticipation of Brazil trial and results, but overall there is nothing to suggest Tiziana was ever seen as a Covid play.
The rise started with news about StemPrinter, spin off and the “free shares” (this was before Covid was even really a thing) and continued with non Covid related news on Foralumab & Milcilib and what they could potentially do. Filings for, and award of patents have have had zero impact on the share price whatsoever, in fact there was a point where it became almost a standing joke that we didn’t want to see any more patent RNSs because they were adversely affecting the share price, whether Covid related or otherwise.

IMO the only way Covid has helped Tiziana is it has allowed them to speed up Development of Foralumab for us in Crohn’s, Progressive MS and potentially other diseases by using it in the Brazil Covid trial.

You’ve made your point, but you have absolutely no way of knowing what news will drop, or when so it’s time to give it a rest. There is clearly more going behind the scenes that we are not currently privy to, and Tiziana could sign a collaboration or get bought out tomorrow and you would have cost yourself (and anyone else you happened to convince) a significant amount of money.
If you want to pop back here in 2025 (as you said earlier) and say ‘I told you so’, that’s fine by me. If that’s what tickles your pickle, I’ll pat you on the back and congratulate you on your trade, but until then........
