Yes, completed that form a few months back then switched off lol. So untradable now for a couple of weeks then will shares show in my ii account as consolidated number and in $’s? Is that right.

Not posted on here for a while, been out of the loop for a while, but still a holder.

Does anyone here use ii? Can someone who does, fill me in on how trading works with it please. My ii account still shows the same number of shares as I’ve always had. Do I just trade as normal and proceeds just get converted in $’s?

Yes I did FFX. Not because I stopped believing the story, but because in 9 out 10 placings, the share price drops to, or below, the offer price.
FYI I have since bought them back (around about 1.8p from memory), so I am under water on those as well, but none of those things alter my belief in the eventual outcome.

Had I stopped believing, why would retain 80% and only sell 20%? (I’d have sold the lot, would I not.) As I’ve said, neither the placing, the elongated time scales, nor the share price have altered the story.
Watching and whinging about every 1% drop in the share price is pointless. It will most probably continue to drift and be walked down on no news and tiny volume, so people best get used to it, take advantage of it, ignore it or give up and move on.

It’s not really about predicting the future (or hindsight) because we knew at the time of (and before) the placing what the order of news was, and to a certain extent, the timescales of it. That hasn’t changed, I don’t think. Only thing that hindsight would have told us, is that we wouldn’t get a decent rise from NXP001 news to allow some to trade it or jump out completely.
This has never been about NXP001 for me tho, and I never planned to sell on (or after) it so the SP before or after it is irrelevant (to me anyway). NXP002 is the money shot, always has been (although 004 is intriguing).

Not sure I get the morbid fascination with the SP every day to be honest. At these levels a 2% tick down/drift and/or current share price are completely irrelevant, as at this stage in the proceedings you either believe in the story of you don’t. “All time lows” at this level don’t matter a jot, because they are not based on volume or news, it is simply being walked down by the MMs.

If you don’t believe the story, you should have sold long before now. Just prior to the placing you could have sold for double the current SP (the story hasn’t changed since then, only the share price has) If you do believe the story, you should be averaging down, if you can afford to (I will be if/when I can if timings allow) and wait for the news.

Incredibly frustrating, but all is not lost (as some seem intent on making others believe). May be foolish but I fully intend to double down and reduce my average here if timings on other investments allow. In the meantime, we wait.

A basic understanding of the drugs a company has/is dealing with, and what they are intending to do with them is surely the minimum amount of research when looking into a pharma stock, which I think is all whowrotethis was trying to explain/highlight following a pretty stupid first ever post by davepqz.

I very seldom post on here, but always read the bb as I’ve held these for a while.

Interesting debate/chat about whether Napster is big enough to “disrupt” the space and ‘shake up’ the likes of Spotify on price/royalties.
IMO, a company doesn’t need to be “significant”, it sometimes just needs to be seen to be doing the right thing by it’s clients/customers. If just one major artist decides to move to Napster (from Spotify) because “they are trying to do the right thing” and doesn’t change their mind about doing so simply because Spotify subsequently offers an extra 0.5% royalties on top, that may well be enough to start an avalanche.
Yes, as far as Artists are concerned, it’s about money, but it’s also about feeling you’re being treated fairly. At the moment they feel they’re not, and resentment is a powerful emotion.

And yes, I did watch this go to 14p and back down again (my bad, I believed what I thought was coming at the time).
Look, I accept that the reason we are where we are is down to some poor decisions by previous, and to some extent, the current BoD, but absolute nutters like FFX with a clear agenda agenda against a company, he claims to have a vested interest in, is clearly designed to compound the issue. I have absolutely nothing against free speech (as FFx would have people believe) but all he has done for the past 6 months is incessantly bash, deramp and slander the company making up wild conspiracy theories about BoD members and NFX product pipeline, then attempting to solve them himself with negative connotations (not the behaviour of a sane or invested individual). I appreciate some have frustrations with regards the company, the share price and the communication from the BoD, but there has to be line, and this guy has been crossing it for months.

I apologise to the bb here for the (slightly) off topic chat, but this FFx character is not to be trusted, and investors should be extremely wary of his (less than subtle) motives. “Investors” do not behave like this, no matter how disillusioned they have become.
