Is it not the case that if you continue to sell (or buy for that matter) that you’re not required to issue a TR1 until you stop?
I.e. if CPI were still selling, they could have legally held off issues a holding RNS even if they crossed down under 4%?

On the basis of last weeks RNS, and the fact that CPI (they clearly have their own agenda for selling down here which is most probably NOT NFX related) don’t know any more than us I’ve added again this morning at just under 1.1p.

I might regret it, but this price is stupid imo. Break even for me is now 2.7p.

Think we’ve been a bit unfortunate with timings this last week too, imo.

Nice rise last week on reasonable volume and a positive RNS. Then a bit of profit taking (as usual) on Friday, followed by a Valentine’s Day massacre across the markets today which has seen any remaining profit from last week, quickly crystallised.

Been hovering over the buy button this afternoon, might regret not pulling the trigger.

It wasn’t a scoop. He got wind that ODX had ‘sounded out’ a couple of HNWI or Instis (as any sensible company would do whilst waiting for approvals to land) and went full tonto with it, making up the numbers to suit his blatant agenda.

I also find it amusing that certain individuals are still trying to use this £2.5m pre production payment as a way attempting to reduce the cash position, and scare investors.

ODX will NOT be paying that back to Govt, and certain not in a lump sum.

ODX currently have capacity for 2m a WEEK, when utilising Govt machines!!

I’d say the last thing we want is to get involved in another Govt contract, with tiny margins, just when we’ve got shot of them and have the opportunity to make some real money using their machines.

P.s. afask, £17m is the total cost of the machines across GAD, Mologic and ODX. I’d be surprised if the value of ours is more than £3m (as I think gad got 2/3rds) so IF there’s a placing (and I’m not convinced there’s any longer a need for one) a small one to purchase the Govt machines would be ideal imo.
