Why would a lender take the word of the market, over cold hard facts and figures about the value of the reserves.
By lending based on Share Price, it’s like you going to a mortgage provider and saying you want to borrow £300k, and they should give you it, because everyone else in the street says that’s what your house is worth.

I get your frustration with the share price, but as has been stated before, there’s a running order for news, and analysis of drill results and independent valuation of it, is the first tick in box. Once that’s done, the CHAR BoD can take it to the lender, just like you’d do with a Home Report.
I think your being a little unfair on the BoD at this point.

I usually find that the more I whinge, moan and complain about a share price, the quicker it goes back up!

Fortunately, he didn’t, and has now returned to provide NFX with the benefit of his experience.
