You only have to look at the snapshot above. Buys are (and have been) going through right at the top of the spread and Sells right at the bottom. Been happening this way since last Tuesday (if not before).

It’s blatantly obvious what are buys and what are sells, by looking at the price and time stamps.

I agree it’s less obvious for the delayed one, but still easy to work out.

Buys v Sells have been extremely accurately reported over the past week, due to the prices and spreads at the time, imo.

Yes, large Order being filled and MMs using their usual tricks to get it done, imo.

They’ve been doing this for over a week now.

Buy if you can, this is crazy cheap now.

biggubio, volume today is 7m so far. It’s shown above in here. 4.8m buys v 1.8m sells (plus the late ones and unknowns, because they are right in the middle of the spread).
Tuesday (from memory) was 12m buys v 5m sells.
I think your data is incorrect.

As you say tho, we’ll never know the reasons, but this week has been extremely unusual, based on the trading action imo.

I guess I’m just struggling to understand the drop in conjunction with the trades volumes (buys v sell). 4 days in a row we’ve have buy volume of 3 times the sell volume, and we’ve dropped roughly 5% per day.
I appreciate that buys v Sells can be screwed on occasion, but that has certainly NOT been the case this week. Buys and Sell are clear as day.

I also disagree that low volume is the issue. Between 6m - 18m every day is NOT low volume for Chariot imo.

Anyway, it is what it is, but imo this MMs are working extremely hard to drop this for a reason.

Why would they pay more, when they can drop the price, hit stops and panic the weak into selling?
Believe me, IF they are (and it’s appears that way) filling a large order around the 23p area, paying more is an absolute LAST resort. They’ve been working this all week imo.

Buys hugely outweighing Sells by 2.5 to 1 (every day this week) and virtually every buy is right at the top of the spread.
How big is the order I wonder, and who is it?

Same pattern here for last 4 days.

Opens strong and SP wants to rise, held back then forced down despite significantly more buying than selling over the course of the day.

Large purchase order boing filled imo.

Feels like someone doesn’t want this to rise just yet imo.

Hardly surprising, and kind of knew this would happen as the story developed. Bigger players starting to wake up to the potential now, and realising these prices will be long gone in a few short weeks.

Yeah Beardo. Volume & Trades suggests it’s more than short term movements/volatility, but guess we’ll never know.

Looks a bit opportunistic on a down day across the board, to me.
