More wild speculation and conspiracy theories. Holland and Keegan left, with Holland happy to be called in on a consultancy basis, as and when required. Clearly no bad blood there, but you’re suggesting others might leave because of it?……who exactly?

We have just had an open letter from the Chairman explaining timescales and exactly what is happening with 01,02 and 04. What else do want regarding evidence we are moving forward? He cannot possibly tell us any more at this stage.

I’m beginning to have serious doubts that you are even invested FFX. You’re negative attitude and aspersion casting towards everything that NFX does is, at best bizarre, and at worst slanderous. You clearly have an ulterior motive here which I’ll continue to call you out on, and report your posts when I think you are attempting to mislead other.

That’s the point I/we are making ffx. 6 days is 6 days and she may have no knowledge of the approach at the point she did the interview, and had no intention or inclination to leave.

What I would say tho is (as I mentioned earlier) the fact she has been approached by previous “colleagues” rather than previous “employers” suggests there was no formal interview process so it may have come right out of the blue for her and she has advised the board immediately.
I guess we’ll find out at some point where she ends up, but it’s done, she’s moving on, but sticking around long enough not to leave us in the lurch, which is all we can ask imo.

The common courtesy bit comes after you’ve got/accepted the job, surely. Never in my life have I discussed going for a job with my current employers prior to being offered and having accepted the position.
It’s a small world and someone who knows someone might be in a position to either scupper the opportunity, apply for it themselves or make an assumption that you want out and take the decision out of your hands.

I’m not sure why Anne would consult with any of her colleagues about a job offer which is outside of NFX to be honest?
The bit about “job offer from previous colleagues” is quite interesting tho. If it had said previous employer, that would have been one thing, but this suggests previous colleagues who have broken away and now doing something on their own. May or may not be fibrosis related.

I’ve also been telling those who seem to hate everything about this company (based on their posts) that if they are that unhappy with their investment, they should sell and move on.
If you and FFX had taken that advice you wouldn’t still be on here whinging and moaning every 5 minutes.

If I’m not happy with the way one of my investments is going, to the extent that I cannot find a single positive thing to say about it, and post nothing but negativity about it month after month, year after year, I sell it and move on. I think if I did anything other than that I’d be classed as a masochist or an idiot. Each to their own tho!

Bottom line, there’s not a single person in here that wouldn’t do what Anne has done, and taken a job opportunity presented to her that, to some extent, may be life changing for her. Where she probably differs from most, is that she has agreed to stay for 6 months (instead of 6 weeks) to attempt to see through what she was hired to do. Most would just taken the gardening leave on offer and 2 months wages and dossed around the house, enjoying this glorious weather.

Finally, give over with the self pity and stop taking this stuff personally. NFX has a bad run (some of it self inflicted) but Anne leaving is just one of those things that happen in business. The good thing is, she’s got enough about here not to leave the company or the shareholders in the lurch, which she would have been more than entitled to do.

Sounds/looks to me as if Asian parties tried to lowball us on NXP002, by suggesting there wasn’t enough data to support what NFX were asking. I think we called their bluff (and rightly so imo) but are now putting together the data pack covering what Asian party suggested they wanted.

Not much of an issue is it. They looked into something, they didn’t like it, they move on.

Please note If a company performs a Spin-Off, new positions are created in the name of the new company, according to the terms of the spin-off.

Client A has 100 shares in a position in Apple on Ex-date with no stop.

Terms of the Spin Off are 1 for 20 shares in the Spun off company called Apple Mac Phone

Client A will now receive a new position of 5 shares at a level of 0 in Apple Mac Phone and their underlying position will be unaffected.
If the original position has a stop attached then the level, size and stop will be amended accordingly using the ratio of the Spin Off. A new position will be added to the account in the new stock keeping the total monetary risk the same.

All unattached orders to open will be removed.

Well IG have reached their limit as they have moved to Closing Only on SB’s for N4P.
Not sure when exactly, but pretty sure middle of last week they were taking positions, but by Friday they were Closing Only.
