I have a small amount, nothing life changing, but all I’m trying to do is look for a positive or 2 in amongst all the doom and gloom. We’ll leave it there as looking for positives clearly doesn’t fit with you agenda.

I don’t see the point in you keeping asking the same question andinio, when we know fine well we don’t have the answer.
My point is, SOMETHING has persuaded SOMEONE to buy 45,000,000 shares at a cost of nearly half a million quid. Presumably it’s NOT that DEV have told them there is no news any time soon, that the outlook is extremely bleak, and that we expect to have to raise another £500k at 0.5p in a few months time in order to keep the lights on.

Well, I don’t know andinio, but couldn’t you do the same lol. I’ll wager you could drop £500k in here at probably pretty close to 1.1p and make 20-30% at the expense of PI’s (if you’re prepared to risk that much of course).

Micksnag1, the market cap is now £4m!!! Whilst I appreciate that the BoD have made a compete hash of things, people should remember the deals that have been done, and the fact Dev must be very close to being cash flow positive (I know this should have happened by now, but it’s unlikely they are further away from that than they were 2 months ago).

The placing is a kick in the whatsits, as is the price it’s been done at, however it’s only a 12% dilution. If the financial state of the company had been as bad as some are making out, they would have been looking at 50%+ dilution.

I assume the Placee has been offered some kind of assurance that some form of good news will be forthcoming shortly. At 1p, there would appear to be little risk for the Placee, but few are daft enough to punt £500k in here, based on the limited information Private Investors have.

Placing Shares are at 7p. Not sure why any of those would be sold in the 6’s to be honest.

I disagree JH. It makes absolutely no financial sense to sell at a loss (no matter how much profit you’ve made) just for the sake of it. The MC is now Under £5m which is absolutely ludicrous!!
Selling at under 1p is more ridiculous than giving away at 1p in the first place.

This drop can’t continue much longer or further because event the 1p IPO f****rs won’t be making money any longer.

Couldn’t agree more Infor1p. A harsh, but excellent lesson for the “we deserve news, we’re shareholders”, “comms are rubbish”, “where’s the Chinese payment” “Dan needs to get his finger out” brigade, that have been shouting the odds on here for weeks, if not months.
News comes when it’s ready and no amount af phone calls, emails or open letters to Dan will speed it up. I suspect many (you know who you are) will now be kicking themselves. As the PussyCat Dolls once said “careful what you wish for, cos you just might get it” lol.

Dan must be sick to the back teeth of people emailing and phoning him with the “when’s the news” question. IMO he’s learned his lesson of trying to keep short-termers happy and has now gone almost to the opposite extreme, by under promising (in terms of timescales) with the expectation of over delivering.
There are just 13 tradings days left before Q1 2020. Interims are due within the next 2 weeks, which might also include a progress update on one or more negotiation, At what point do traders start to jump back in? Before interim/update news? New Years Eve? 6th of January, Middle of January?.... Place your bets.

At these prices, Forward Selling of placing shares is pointless, even detrimental. If Forward Selling has been the cause of the drop, expect this to be the bottom. GLA

Deepjoy, I think you’ll find it’s the Buyer that’s matching the Seller’s volume just now. It’s patently obvious there is a transfer of shares taking place here.
