Anyway, that’s by the by. What I find a really amusing are the conclusions you all seem to have talked yourselves into. If any of you can be bothered to look back over my posts on CHAR, I’ll be amazed if you can find any “ramping” of this share or anywhere that I have “defended Larry” let alone backed or praised his work. It just hasn’t happened. If anyone can post up an example when I’ve done either or both of these things I’ll come back and apologise for it.
All I have every done on here is question the sanity of 3 or 4 (so called) investors who seem to think it makes financial sense to buy shares in a company then proceed to ONLY post negative comments about It and It’s BOD and CEO on one of the most read chat forums. Not only that, but when someone dares to post something remotely informative or positive (and I’m not taking about myself) they are rounded upon by you lot and pretty much run off the board. These BB’s are a first port of call for many potential investors researching new investment opportunities, and I can only imagine what many must think when they look at the posts from you guys. It’s rather embarrassing to tell the truth.
If you can’t see that you’re harming your own (and other people’s) investment (even to a minor extent) with childish comments like “Larry, worst CEO on AIM” “worst CEO in the world” etc then there really is little hope for any of you. It’s akin to slamming your hand in the car door every night before you go to bed, then being confused as to why it hurts in the morning.

There is no conspiracy theory to be had around my posting history, my posting views or my investment in Chariot. My first investment was in 2010 ish (if not slightly before) at around 15p at which time I was Trigg on iii. When iii changed their website format a few years ago, I moved to LSE.
There, so now you know. There is nothing more or less to my involvement in this share than that, other than the fact I’d like to see it succeed so I can make a few quid. Your obsession with Larry and now with me (and probably with Arsene Wenger I’d imagine), tells me all I need to know about the kind of person you are (the type that’s probably not cut out for investing imo) so no need to reciprocate.

I’m also curious as to when you, growler or mr J will accept some responsibility for youR own actions? Or will you just tell your grand kids that the reason they’re bringing grandad food parcels to his squat, is cos some guy called Larry once promised he’d make you rich and didn’t deliver lol.
I’m sure that once you tell them that despite calling ‘this Larry fella’ all the names under the sun on some BB, he still wouldn’t pay attention and sign a farm out deal , that the kids will ‘get it’ and forgive the lack of inheritance!!

I’m very much invested and certainly invested enough to be bothered. What I’m not, is a “mug” which, based on your last post, you appear to be, if Larry is how you came to be mugged/invested (if that is how you see this). So either you signed up to the Chariot story or you believed what Larry told you without further research (which is it?).
I signed up based on research and the huge prospects Chariot appears (or appeared to have). One strike and I was looking at retirement 10 years ago. Unfortunately that hasn’t happened (yet).
I can’t blame Larry for that, and I don’t. I agree to a certain extent that he’s talked a decent game with regards to Farm Outs and hasn’t delivered, but I completely refute he has a hidden agenda and has deliberately failed to produce a farm out so he can ride the gravy train for another couple of years. That’s just ludicrous, and you know it!!
You’ve been threatening to sell up here and move on for the last 4 years (if memory serves me correctly) as have your cronies, so as far as I’m I concerned it’s time for you to put up, or shut up. Which is it?

Olly, you and I are in exactly the same boat. I’ve been here since 2010 (ish) so I know more than most about “it being my own fault” for not getting out when I had several chances. Like you tho, I blame myself, not Larry for my predicament. I also realise that publicly berating the company and the CEO is self defeating and I never understand why those who are “invested” for whatever reason, think it’s a good idea to slate the company on a public forum, then wonder why nobody else is inclined to invest.
I also don’t think for one second that Larry is deliberately dragging his feet and sabotaging the entire company purely so he can sit back, have an easy life and take his annual salary, at the expense of the company and at the expense of setting up a farm in agreement. It’s ridiculous to suggest such a thing but Howler, Growler and Co seem to be of the opinion that Larry is doing exactly that!!

Either they have something worthwhile to say (which I’ve not witnessed yet), they sell up and move on (and pick up one of those bargains MrJ is on about) or they say a lot less than they currently are and stop bashing the share they profess to be invested in. I just don’t get their current rationale!! Very odd imo.

Olly, I’m merely responding MrJ’s assertion that Chariot would, for some strange reason (deal or no deal) raise in Q2 (or even this year for that matter. Why would they when they have 2 years worth of cash in the bank, no commitments and no debt??
I’m an optimist by nature, and the reason I tend to think there might be a deal, is because Chariot have told us they are in discussions (that’s the indicator for me lol) You, MrJ, Howler and Growler clearly don’t believe that’s the case so it begs the question (particularly when there are “so many bargains out there” as Mr J says) why do you continue to invest and at the same time constantly bash the company you are invested in.
I agree there will be a placing at some point, but it won’t be any time soon UNLESS a deal is done, in which case it will nowhere near this level.

With an annual cash burn of around £4m there is enough in the bank to continue for a further 2 years. Why, assuming for a second that no deal is forthcoming, would Chariot wish to fund raise in Q2 this year, at these levels, in the current climate??

The MM’s are deliberately advertising a 20% spread and discouraging trading. Why they aren’t doing their job and “making a market” is very suspicious, to say the least!

Why, for the past month, if not longer, have the MM’s felt the need to continually keep a spread of 20% on NFX, when 5%-10% is sufficient on virtually every other stock in the market?
