Could someone with more knowledge than me, please explain where we are with “rights” on NXP001? I get the RNS and that we’re “legally entitled to payment of £2.5m” but that Is for work to this point and for work completed, Right?
If, as a result of non payment Dan decided to “walk” and start a fresh do NFX keep the “rights/IP” and can they begin negotiations with another party? Is that even an option?

I did but only on a spread bet. Sold again at 6p. Still hold all my shares which are going nowhere.

Spread bets better for these situations imo. In and out in 7 mins with £400 profit.

Picked up 20,000 on a spread bet at 4.012p. ??

Mr Jinx, my first purchase was at 15p fyi, but again that doesn’t matter! I’m also most certainly NOT a trader, but that doesn’t matter either.

Proffit, the short answer to your questions is, I don’t know. The only people who can answer that are Larry and the BoD.
There is no doubt this, and the previous BoD have made mistakes, they have also doubtlessly been unfortunate with the drill bit. I’m hopeful Lixus will deliver value. This is the first time they’ve held an asset that has real, tangible and measurable value and they will ultimately be judged on whether they can deliver value to the share price from it. Time will tell.
In the meantime, and the main point of my previous post, is that it would really helpful if the individuals I’ve mentioned would stop the constant snide, derogatory and disparaging remarks about the BoD, and towards other posters who post anything slightly positive. It achieves absolutely nothing.

People who sold yesterday (causing the price to drop) did so because they thought people would sell today (if no news) and cause the price to drop. :-)

My point in my previous exchange with JH (which you stuck your nose/tongue into) was that there were other alternatives to JH’s unequivocally assertion that there would be a further placing in April. He was misleading investors by telling them that “there was going to be another placing in April”, period.

You can move the goalposts now if you like to allow you to further brown-nose, but he (and you) were wrong and out of order.
