Been looking at Oopsi's documents. On Google Translate it says it is for:

Now on Oopsi's post and on his other link it lists the FRR company Frontera Resources Georgia. This is the point where the 50% share etc is mentioned. Not sure however whether these two companies are actually the same company, or new and old versions of each other.

So it seems to say that Frontera Western Georgia LLC is liquidated. But is the company that Hope went after in the US? Or is this new document from Oopsi explaining a new beginning (and agreement with the Georgians) has been started, as everyone has assumed? ANy clues, because I still don't know what's happened.

I don’t think that Pyro’s post shows evidence of it being hacked. All the stuff that pophead references are just safeguards to ensure that a domain is not sold accidentally to another company without the owner’s permission.
Still think it’s simply a case of an unpaid bill....but I hope that it’s a sign of an impending (and glorious) announcement. GLA

No rats here prodigy. I flagged it up late last night as I thought the font was bigger. I took a screenshot of it, but no one responded this morning , so I went to work.
I came home at 6pm and after reading all the fish jokes, I looked back in and it was gone.
I agree with TSBS and Coggy. Most likely another unpaid bill.

Not sure if it’s me, but the font on the website seems to have changed. Can anyone confirm this? Might just be on my phone, but it looks different to me.

I like all this positivity, but let’s be clear, we’re not there yet. The biggest positive for me is the fact that SM and Zaza have refused to hand over the 500 million shares to Hope. Oopsi’s reading of the mortgage agreement confirmed they could do at any point, and if they were worthless, they would surely do so. The fact they haven’t suggests real value in our shares, or at least the belief that there could be real value. And I agree with Gipps and others that this is unlikely to be 1p a share outcome: it’s either nothing or “lots”. The big debate is how big “lots” could actually be...

I suppose this answers the question as to why the shortest have continued to post so negatively for a year when the shares aren’t even listed. Imagine they hadn’t bothered and Zaza had been able to tell us the truth about our present situation (I’m assuming of course that it all will eventually come good). People like Zeps would not then be happy to accept 1p and in the event of a re-listing on whatever exchange FRR choose, there would be lots of investors happy to hold because they know the good news that’s coming.
Instead, the constant roller-coaster that is FRR, with bad news followed by good followed by bad, has worn everyone down. And if we do ever re-list, people like Zeps will understandably be relieved to get out almost at any price, if only for their peace of mind.
And suddenly the shorters will have got away with the FRR re-rate that they fear so much. They will buy Zeps shares very happily for 1p, covering their shorts and maybe even make a very healthy profit in the process.

Quiet day today. Here’s hoping all our hopes and intuitions regarding FRR are correct. Oopsi’s analysis of our present situation has helped lift our spirits and expectations, and Madpunter’s calculations beggar belief!

I wonder if these relate to Zaza rather than SN? From memory the last set of docs for Texas were for SN only.
