Just bought in yesterday for the first time, tucked away in the ISA and will hopefully add more going forward. Quick question to some of the more knowledgeable, I received a brief message about filling in some form to do with the dividend payment - can anyone help?

It's pretty simple Giddev, once you've been here for years and eaten all the jam tomorrow sandwiches you can stomach, you too will become cynical. I believe there's a shedload of gas in the Moroccan ground but after three years of not being able to get any of it out of said ground I lost faith in the management and sold. Time will tell if I made the right decision but there are two many sideshows appearing for me - helium, MOU6, next African venture etc - if Guercif and Titanosaurus are anything like the scale we've been promised why don't they bloody well get on and prove it!

If those shares have been flipped already it makes a mockery of this from the RNS: "The opportunity to strengthen the shareholder register with a significant strategic investment from a single institution was determined to be advantageous at this time"

Looks like the strategy was to let one of the mates make 10%+ and then if we ever actually produce some oil and gas they can jump back in at 8p - AIMHO

Why would PG use the bucket shop Novum for a straightforward, simple one off issue to a single institutional investor? If I was that investor I'd be asking for pretty much anyone other than Novum to be involved! Not an inspiring choice if I was looking to protect my £2m.

And before I get slaughtered as a troll, yes I have sold out until I see something that gives me confidence to get back in.

Have you heard of the law of supply and demand? Why 5p when demand is so obvious?

I refer you to the RNS - “the warrants, if exercised” - get a grip man and realise when you’re being suckered

How can they have received an unsolicited approach from a single institutional investor, then call the raise oversubscribed and then accept that single investor's approach by issuing shares at a 40% discount to where we were a couple of weeks ago?

Something smells well off here now imo.

M-R, they needed to detail £25k in the raise - they should have that in petty cash. Too many red flags for me at the moment.
