Page 9 and 10 of the March 14th presentation explains the formation damage is estimated to average around 12 inches in thickness and the diagram suggests 15 inches. Also says sandjet can penetrate 60 inches - i think we might just get through it. Forget the trolls, it’s all noise.

I'm wondering if GTE is preparing to make the offer all cash and remove the mix and match offer - removes the pain for i3e shareholders watching the value of GTE shares plummeting and making the paltry initial 13.65p offer less every day.

DDHammer, pretty sure the scheme has already been finalised. Obviously there are very specific ways to use finance released via share premium but still your point is valid. I’m 100% against this deal and will vote accordingly.

Not quite sure of the actual mechanics on voting no but I'm disgusted with this offer. We were at 13p four months ago and arguably we are in a better position operationally now. How can this be value? Let's see if we can get 25% saying "no"

In a statement presenting the report, Predator announced that its 2024 work program includes rigless well testing and exploration drilling, with the initial phase expected to commence around January 29, 2024.

Rigless testing will focus on specific sands in MOU-1 and MOU-3 wells, potentially supporting a future CNG pilot development option.

The report outlines a scoping CNG gas profile that could recover 43.8 Bcf of gas over six years.

Commenting on the news, Paul Griffiths, Executive Chairman of Predator, said that the company is pleased to “finally be making progress.”

He went on; “The initial phase is important to us for designing and implementing the Sandjet rigless testing programme which will follow on after the Sandjet operational planning work is completed.”

Real-Talk, I’ve seen that argument floated many times but the reality is that director options allow them to coin it in IF a success case and absolutely no financial pain in a fail case. Red flag for me. Each to their own. Good luck.
