To be honest I don’t think any shareholder would be grudge sir Al and his team cashing their chips in and walking off to their next project very wealthy. However given the years of work they have invested and imo are now on the verge of making a huge change to all of us, why would you walk away? Hence why he is seeking distribution & license deals. AS is a scientist but so far has also proved he is a businessman. I am happy to back him long term. Regards and all the best to long term holders

Not me as maxed out, if I had more money I would still invest, but at some point you have to spread risk. Lowest buy at 40p then to be honest purchased loads up to £1.13! I still believe the my last purchase to be cheap. When further news comes today’s price will still be a bargain imo. I have read watched researched everything I can find on this company and think my money is in a good place. I will be a long term holder due to the faith I have in as and his team. Although I think it is not his strategy, if he cashes in his chips hats off to him. I actually believe there is a better long term story. All the best imo hold long term

Apologies to add a little clarity re the Isa v sipp. All proceeds irrespective of value taken from an Isa are completely tax free. All growth in a sipp is also free from taxes. When you come to take benefits from a sipp once you have exhausted the 25% tax free allowance any residual balance is all potentially taxable income depending on the tax position of the recipient. Without muddy the waters there is also a thing called a life time allowance beyond which other taxes consequences kick in. The level is currently £1.073m regards

Hi timbo correct re the sipp however you can draw 25% of your sipp value when you chose to crystallise benefits. The residual fund is then as your state treated as taxable income when you have exhausted the tax free cash but you are then paying income tax not capital gains tax so different rates of tax. As you point out at present you pay no tax on the first £12,500 you take from your sipp each year as this is just making use of your personal allowance. Regards

Hi all a few questions around cgt. Any shares you hold in an Isa are completely free of income and cgt tax. If using RKs example of the share price at the end of July Ie £10. Let’s assume you purchased 10k of shares at a £1 per share within your Isa, when they hit £10 per share you have an Isa worth £100k!! This is all completely tax free. Likewise if you had bought the same amounts in a sipp this is also completely tax free. If you have shares outside an Isa or sipp given where I think this share price is going this may cause you cgt issues. I hope that helps those looking for guidance. Regards

My final thought however there are numerous lths of bmn making healthy profits in pharma at present all intending to bring their profits back here when they eventually cash out. Mrs kob, in the first instance congratulations on your foresight, I have built a substantial holding in my eyes, here between 40 at a lower & 113 at a high, and a with a bundle at various prices in between. I still view the latter price to be a bargain. Scary stuff if I wasn’t so confident in the ceo and his team. If you invested off the back of the cancer potential then like me stick around. Others may disagree however eventually I think this will be an even bigger disrupter/game changer than Covid. I am pleased to have joined your journey, even if a little late to the party.
